Don't buy anything from this store, they are scammers. They only sent half of my order and refuse refunds for any reason. Poor quality products for the price you pay. Not worth it. And they won't offer an exchange either. One of the reasons they refuse to refund is if you open the package! I wish I had seen this before I bought anything from them. Total scam. *** This response is ridiculous, I didn't purchase any personal items so there is no reason why hygiene would be an issue. And you would know that I didn't purchase personal items, you don't sell any! So why even mention that? Totally irrelevant. I did NOT receive an item I purchased and I have the full email trail from your 'customer service' asking me to send photos for 'proof'. I've also had 'AI Jane' ask me 3 times what the issue is after I've already explained it so you people are just playing games and not attempting to resolve my issue. Have a real person look into it, not a bot. But looking at all your 1 star reviews, I can see that you're just scamming people with the same tricks as you've played on me. Con artists. By all means, I'm happy to copy and paste the entire email chain or upload screenshots to prove how dodgy your organisation is and to prove that you are lying now. Outrageous! Since you have time to respond to my review, why haven't you responded to my email from 4 HOURS ago reporting the missing item for the THIRD time!
