The best piece of this software is that you can manage all aspects from sales all the way through the delivery of your programs in one spot. Their success team has been great super helpful and the success team is awesome at helping you navigate any issues that come up.

Exercise.com has been a great company to work with so far. I've only just begun my progress of creating my web portal and app, but Sage has been extremely helpful, responsive, and communicative with getting everything up and running. Exercise.com is the top-tier software at any stage of your profession within the fitness or wellness industry, especially the growth stage. I came to Exercise.com to systematize my client management process from first point of contact to purchase and referral while also preparing for a large contract where I would have to service over 100+ individuals while providing them with a digital platform for their training plans and group coaching. At every stage of the process, the Exercise.com team is there to ensure they understand your objectives with the platform and, most importantly, provide insights that only those who are experienced within the industry would be able to give. The most empowering experience thus far is the onboarding and ongoing support from Alyssa and her team in making sure every aspect of my business is reflected on the platform, from scheduling, integrations, subscriptions, coaching plans, onboarding other coaches and groups. Her knowledge of the software allows me to pose unique cases that I need to solve with the software and get immediate support on how to ensure I can execute what I need to grow my business. Better yet, Exercise.com continuously looks to add new and purposeful features throughout your subscription period.

We are in the process of launching exercise.com from ZenPlanner / TrueCoach and previously from MindBody. The implementation process has been easy so far and the team we are working with is great. Sage has been extremely helpful in providing clear communication and helpful information.

We decided to switch to exercise.com because we didn't love the workout builder in ZenPlanner and were using TrueCoach as a result. Having two different software's was confusing for our clients. We also had complaints about the ZenPlanner user interface. Exercise.com's interface is extremely user friendly (I followed a workout program from another gym last year on the platform and it was so easy to use).

We are launching in a few weeks, but so far it has exceeded what our previously software systems capabilities.

The software with Exercise.com is easy to use and learn. The software takes care of everything I need. My experience has been great, the Exercise.com team has done a great job responding to my requests and helping to cater features to my request.

This is a great alternative to having an app built from scratch and investing multiple 5 figures.

They got me up and running quickly and were very receptive to any changes that I wanted made (short of adding specialty one-off custom features that required significant development).

I've been working primarily with Alyssa who's customer service is exemplary. She's responsive, detail-oriented, and is good at strategizing solutions to make the app function best for my clients.
