I have had an amazing onboarding experience! Sage has been able to build my brand exactly the way I imagined and provided nothing less than a professional experience to instill faith in a successful launch. I decided to make the switch from a very frustrating gym management platform to Exercise.com based on a recommendation from the team at Monarch Clubs. I could not be ANY happier with how things have gone so far! The communication is the best out of any company I have ever worked. I knew that Exercise.com would be an investment however in the last month of being onboarded, I can honestly say that it is worth every penny and then some. We can not wait to see how Exercise.com pushes our gym forward!

Great Platform!

Sarah has been super helpful throughout the entire migration experience and made it less stressful than we thought it would be. Sage and Abbie have been very helpful, also. We are excited to start using exercise.com and know it will be worth the change.

A great on boarding experience

The all in one nature of the platform makes managing my business so much easier and has saved a lot of time. Gone are the days of flicking between lots of different products to get jobs done. These guys and girls have made it thought of everything you could need and put it altogether!

The on-boarding process with ex.com has been super stress free and straightforwards. I had Sage as my onboarding manager and she's a dream to work with, turns everything around at light speed and is really responsive over email, very clear and concise about the information she needs. Being in the UK there were some logistical bits with setting up my apple developer account being set up from the US (for the custom app). Sage didn't waste anytime, she booked a call with me immediately and walked me through the process of doing it on call. Getting started with Exercise.com as a whole has been an easy process and Sage is a great asset to her team. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Sage and Alyssa both have been fantastic helping transition from multiple systems to one on a very tight deadline. We received a two-day turn around time on our portal, and a crash course on how to set up the system to accept clients for our open house that weekend. They continue to help with any questions or on-boarding necessary to make sure we utilize the software and all it has to offer. This has been as painless of a transition we could hope for.

Starting at Exercise.com

Starting up at Exercise.com has been awesome! I was in contact with the team about a year ago but decided to hold off on onboarding and to pick it up the following year. Within minutes of emailing them, Sage replied back and was ready to get me back up and started! Since then Sage has been relentless in making sure I have the best onboarding experience! Dealing with Apple support, making sure the little details in the app are up to my liking, and just an overall willingness to help! It's been a breeze so far with Sage, and Abbie has helped me a lot so far as well with making sure I know what everything does within the app. I'm in good hands! Looking forward to everything else.

I've been using exercise.com for my workout app platform for just about 2 years now and overall I have had a very good and positive experience. Great customer service which is super important to me. I do wish the app could be a bit more customized both in terms of how it looks branding-wise and the layout, but I understand those things also come with a higher price tag. I would definitely recommend exercise.com.

The platform is simple and usable (even with many features) compared to other platforms in it's layout and design. The main feature though, is the coaching. My coach (Abby) is like the GoogleMaps to the software and 1/1 coaching creates the biggest difference in how successful I am with projects created on the platform

Great customer service

My favorite part has been the customer service! Anytime we need something, Abbie has been very responsive and helpful. Great, easy to use features that have everything we need for our large, multi-functional business.

I switched over from Technogym which had the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. This has been a night and day difference. Thank you Abbie and the rest of the exercise.com team!
