February 7, 2020

They told me they had a job for me that paid $800 a day. It was a for sure thing. All I need to do was sign up. Turns out there was no job. Don't sign up with them. They will lie to you.

Honestly, if you read this just don't waste your time. This people are making so much money for nothing is ridiculous... They are taking listings from pages like Backstage (an actual casting website) and putting them in their site without the casting director even knowing about it. Do your research when looking for casting sites... and if there's so many SCAM alerts, it must be one.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
January 10, 2020

If you can't read this headline... then go ahead and pay your hard working money to individuals agents who can't even speak proper English. No legit agency or agent will ever charge. They are not even SAG franchised for you that doesn't know what that means meaning. They are not legit only sag franchised companies can do what they do and non union work. But just non union is all bull$#*!

They called me
November 6, 2019

They called me and and at first i was delighted and liked how eager they were to talk to me. I soon heard of their prices and checked it over with the main website but it turns out, the prices that they gave me on the phone was much higher than the website's price. On the web page it says $30 for 3 months but from the phone the person that i talked with told me $100. His name is Charlie With.

I got a message that I matched with T mobile photoshoot paying 5000$ and to call them back and they wanna talk with my parents. We call them and a woman picked up the call. She replied with a very lazy voice and told us to submit the profile immediately and pay the fees. But I didn't know that it is a scam at this time. I went to this website and start 7day free trail. But they told me to add card number and so i did it but I didn't think it would transact my money. But they did it. They stole 200$from my card and luckily, the bank noticed me and blocked this scam. But they still call me and send me messages to submit my profile to this $#*! and the casting direction is waiting for me. Please take action for this $#*!ing liar scam website.

Money Hungry
October 16, 2019

I get all kind of text messages from casting directors saying you matched for a commercial paying $5,000 and give a number to call. Find out its a phone rep for explore talent telling me I'm matched with so many great money making jobs and they can submit my profile but I have to sign up with the pro for casting director to respond back to me. I told her I don't have the money and she said your going to miss out on this opportunity an she kept asking me which one I wanted to sign up with I told her again I don't have the money then she says its only $100 your going to make so much more doing the commercial. Big game play. Didn't get me though. If someone wants me for their commercial I'm not going to pay them. No thanks!

STEER CLEAR
October 4, 2019

You submit your information, they call you saying you're matched for Forever 21, Uber commercials, and whoever the hell else. Doesn't mean anything this is Explore Talent telling you they think you'd match...

When on the phone with a representative i told her i wanted to do a month by month service because i couldn't pay for a year or 6 months in advance. The b***h tells me "Well i don't have time for anybody who's not serious about this business" so of course i had choice words after that.

Last but not least... they will start sending you messages stating that "Casting Directors are trying to contact you" just to get you to sign back up if you've canceled your "premium". I paid for a month, i signed in, the casting director never hit me back. This was same day..

Scammers
September 23, 2019

You don't pay them a dime, I am a SAG AFTRA franchised agent and WGA Signatory and FIFA Intermediary for professional soccer players, I as well as any LEGIT agent only get paid when you get booked, and it is illegal for any agent to charge ANY fees period. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the local State Attorney General office. They should be required to return all paid fees and put in jail. Acting is tough enough without these crooks stealing money from people earnestly following their dreams.
Until. Someone actually files a complaint with the federal trade commission and local attorney General office they will continue to take advantage of stealing money with no results. I highly recommend these actions to put a end to this scam.

BIG FAT SCAM!
July 17, 2019

"Explore Talent" is a complete SCAM. I'm a 14 year old girl and all they want is your money. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING UP. They tell all teens the same thing. They will tell you that you match the auditions for Forever 21 and 19 other places. It's fake. Don't sign up!

It's a scam
July 16, 2019

At first, I talked to a man named William and he was very convincing. He made me believe I had a forever 21 modeling opportunity waiting for me. But I needed to pay. It jut doesn't add up. If we have the talent. They should want us more than we want them. Really got my hopes up when I first saw the ad. Later that night when I was supposed to call him back, I talked with my dad. Luckily he gave me the idea to look at the reviews and that's why I'm here. After seeing what everyone else had to say. I never called him back. I don't recommend this at all. It's a scam!

Used car salesmen
July 9, 2019

The guy originally talked to Percy was very convincing say how much they would help me get an audition. Once I paid the fee it was almost impossible to get any real help. You can log on half the time the other half the site forgets your password. Truly I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Confuse...
June 22, 2019

Confused as in why I have submitted hundreds of applications but none really get back to me. I fell for the text about landing a Hollister commercial so I signed up for the $116 plan for 6 months. Never heard anything else about the hollister commercial. I was busy when I called them and mistakenly didn't look them up when I was signing up.

Sign up for ActorsAccess or Backstage if you want to book real jobs! :)

Got a text for a "Dr. Pepper" commercial so I called the number attached and the guy I talked to was very nice and convincing until he brought up 100$ payment every 3 months. So I decided to look up the company while on the phone, saw all the bad reviews and hung up. After reading reviews I decided to call back (a lady answered this time) I told her to take me off their list because I read the reviews and know they're a scam. She raised her voice and got super defensive saying people write bad reviews to ruin their company. I continue to tell her I didn't want to be on the list anyways because I wasn't interested in paying and she laughed and went on a rant then hung up.
Thank God i read the reviews and got out of that.

You pay to get a paying job yea no. There are much better agencies that will help you for free. I kept getting phone calls from explore talent to buy premium for about 450$. They said I had auditions offered Just need to pay and I'll get in contact with the director. Wtf I'm gonna pay you guys to find a cheap paying job if that's even worth getting. Oh BTW I have a app that tells me where the phone calls come from. A couple from India and China and occasionally europe.
