I was pleased with how quickly the order came through and I loved the selection of frames. The only 2 things I was a bit disappointed with was
1) taking a picture of my prescription. For some reason, the numbers were mostly placed in the wrong fields so I had to re-do the whole thing by hand.
2) the prescription lense. I opted for the slightly more expensive progressive lenses but looking through these things is extremely frustrating. I understand having to tilt my head up and down to have to see objects clearly, but side to side. It feels like when I finally get an object in focus, I have to freeze my head and eyes otherwise, the slightest movement puts everything out of focus and warped again. Not sure if I'll wear theses much.
I wish the "how to measure" section would include how to measure things if this is your first ever pair of glasses…all measurements were based on glasses you already own…which I don't.
I have been requesting contact via email re.product return steps. The live chat is requesting an eye prescription that I don't have. I sent pd however the glasses are blurry. I would like a refund. Thank you.
