I had a very easy time with the ordering. There were not any problems although assistance was there if needed. The colored lenses are great and came within one week. I was very happy with the colored lenses and I plan on getting more. Thank you FreshGo.

I ordered 2 pairs of lenses from www.eyefreshgo. Com, but my package was returned by the Post Office. I contacted the company immediately, and for the past two weeks, I've been in frustrating email exchanges with someone named Sean from their team. Rather than taking swift responsibility or offering a resolution, Sean has repeatedly asked me to remove my negative review in exchange for a replacement. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. As a customer, I deserve accountability, transparency, and basic respect—not manipulation. I made it clear that unless some form of meaningful compensation or resolution is provided for the inconvenience caused, my review would remain. So far, all I've received are stalling tactics and empty promises. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I strongly caution other potential buyers to consider how this company treats its customers after a problem arises.

Love them soft some others was to big but these are perfect.buy them you will not go wrong. They are the same eye color as mine.a little brighter

Whether the product (any product) has defects, the workmanship is not up to par or is late in shipping out, is all secondary to the 'customer service' after the purchase. The 'customer service' at Freshgo is #1 out of any company I've ever dealt with. Sean was prompt, informed and generous with his time in rectifying my issue. This is the only company I'll ever use for all my colored contacts in the future.

There's always a remarkable variety to pick and choose from and if there's an issue that may arise, customer service makes it right. I have been a customer for well over 4 years.
They also have the most green eye contact variety so that's a bonus.

Fresh go is my go to for colored contacts. They have good color choices and the diameter of lenses is bigger compared to other websites making the eyes pop. So far I have not sustained any damage to my eyes either. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 stars is that I wish their contacts would last longer and get shipped faster. But, overall my go to company!

These were amazing! I was a zombie Prom Queen for Halloween and the minute I put these contacts in, it made my outfit complete! Everyone at the party said they could barely look at my because it creeped them out! Definitely will be ordering again.

I have purchased 3pairs but 2 of them don't work properly I just barely used them and they bothered my eyes. I will try them later to see if they work if not I will just use the one good pair that is so comfortable. Overall the products are good.
