I am a long time customer of eyeglasses.com. The frame I ordered in August was put in back order and I had to wait some time; since I was happy with the previous quality of delivery and service, I decided to wait. During this period my current eyeglasses got damaged and I wrote to eyeglasses.com for an immediate order. James@ eyeglasses.com responded right away and within few days I had my frames; by the way this happened when I was out of country. I cannot comment on the quality of customer service I received from James and eyeglasses.com. I also asked James to send a pair of new temples for my broken frame and he sent right to my US address. eyeglasses.com thank you very much for your excellent service.
The version I ordered, with cable temples, was unavailable, but my rep agreed to ship me the conventional version and follow up by sending the cable temples when they come in at no charge.
