Received the frames. Found out I didn't need the frames. Returned the frames in perfect condition. The frames were never used.
I've been getting several pairs of my favorite P3 frames re-lensed with higher-end lenses here for several years now. Other than a rough start on my first order when I found I had to submit some specific requests in a very specific way to be handled correctly, they've been great. The final lenses have always perfectly matched my scripts, and arrived properly fitted to my frames.
But over the last two years the total cost has jumped nearly 30% for the same items and services. I paid the premium this year because I didn't have time to research the many alternative sites that I found. It looks like one big part of this is that their AR coatings cost 2x - 3x what I see others providers charging for the same brand and level of coatings. I tend to order three pairs of glasses each year, and if this trend continues, next year Eyeglasses.com will no longer be affordable. Here's hoping something changes so that won't be the case.
I had a problem with my daughter lenses. I wrote am email and the answer almost enmidietly. Answer all my questions and help me troughall the process. Highly recommended.

My experience with this company's return process has been completely unacceptable. Despite returning my item over a month ago, I have still not received my refund. The company repeatedly delayed the process and provided misinformation regarding the timeline. Adding to the frustration, the company requires customers to pay for their own return shipping, which is an uncommon and **unbelievable** practice for an online business. They also failed to specify exactly what would be refunded in their instructions in the original "Email". Their lack of communication and transparency ultimately forced me to file a dispute to help get my money back This is a poor way to conduct business. A company that boasts about its return policy should honor it in a timely and honest manner.
I was excited to find the same frames I tried on at the optometrist office at a third of the price! A little bummed there wasn't any AR coating on the lenses, but that may have been my fault.
The initial glasses sent were the wrong prescription. These were returned. The second prescription is off also. Close enough unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened with eyeglasses.com.

I would rate my experience 2-stars if not for he quality of the glasses. The time for my order to be completed took longer than expected- over a month. The lack of communication on the part of the company is poor. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called customer service to inquire about the status of my order and they informed me the frames were out of stock and that's why my order had not yet been processed. It would have been nice for them to reach out and let me know. I regret having paid the rush order free because I still had to wait so long to receive the glasses. I truly believe my phone call prompted them to push my order through because the next day, I received an email stating my order was being processed. I record the glasses 8 days later.

Reasonably priced, straightforward online ordering, communication received when the item was shipped along with tracking. The item was received in good condition and I'm pleased with the order.
Glasses are excellent. No problem with that. There was almost a month delay however. No explanation for that.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
