I was not pleased with my experience and I really was not pleased to learn that the prices I thought I was supposed to pay were not the true price I paid. I do not wish to be forced to pay $49.95 for not placing an order. That is ludicrous! The quality of the clothing was a bit disappointing as well. I will not be a repeat customer.

Great products and they arrived very quickly! I love that the points and credits don't expire so I'm never rushed to make a purchase.
I have never had an issue with Fabkids in the past, but there were discrepancies in my last two orders. One order I received, and half the product was missing, and my most recent order I placed I never received. Very frustrating!
The original program never expired unused VIP credits and the original program was a flat amount you had so you could apply the money spend however you needed to when sales came out. It was essentially a piggy back for clothes.
They updated it to credits which sometimes was nice when the value of a bundle exceed the amount of a credit but more often than not devalued the amount you would spend. So you would spend $50 on a credit that was used to buy maybe$40 worth of clothes.
Then you started expiring credits. I lost 4 or 5 credits due to this and cancelled my membership.
Your current program is much more of a scam than a value.
Ordered the color pink and not fuzzy and they came WHITE and more like a slipper. Was a birthday gift so I wasn't able to return in time.
It starts off at FedEx, gets handed off to USPS. It takes weeks. The way it's posted about shipping time sure gets your hopes up, just to be let down. They can do better.
I was takin for over 2 years of $50 a month. I would have never guessed buying a pair of boots for my daughter would have cost me over $1400! Yes my husband just paid our credit card every month in good faith. We started to go through our charges and we couldn't believe it. I tell everyone I meet about this and warn them to never use your company. It makes me sick to my stomach. It should be illegal and I'm going to write to my congressman about this.

The quality of clothes are very poor for the amount of money you spend on the VIP credit. I've bought shoes in the past and they also are poor quality. I spent my credits around Christmas time and it renewed the vip membership again. I spent the credit for an upcoming birthday present. I then contacted customer service to cancel membership. Customer service had me on the chat over 10 minutes begging her to end my membership. Finally it was cancelled and my order showed up 9 days later and late for the birthday party. It's always a let down. The real winners here are the ones who spend $3 on the clothes vs the $75 vip credits.
