I received the atv and was missing half of the hardware. Missing a half of the handlebar clamps and bolts, none of the plastic foot guard bolts, and nothing to install the back rack.
Very good go kart. Son is having a blast. Powerful enough to move son with me in it too. Customer service was great and shipping was quick.
Received the four wheeler in a timely manner. Put it together easily and it sat for two days until Christmas. Time to start it. Didn't want to start. Finally got it started and it didn't want to go. Messaged tech support and got it fixed after a few days. Ran good for about a month and it sat for a week bc I had a baby, it wouldn't start. Have messaged back and forth with tech support for the last week and a half and still haven't resolved the problem as of yet.
