If I could leave no stars I would. This is the worat betting app there is and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The app had an error which lead me to believe that I won a bet come to find out the error caused the stats to show more than the player really had and at no point was it corrected on the app so when it settled and I thought I won it said I lost. I contacted customer service 2 times and asked for my wager back for them to make it right and they told me I was beat. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and I highly suggest using a different betting app other than FanDuel.

After being forced to update the app on my phone I no longer got email login code to log into the app. The system said they will send me a test message login code that I did not see at the time. I went to the check to speak to a representative at FanDuel about the issue. First they called me a liar claiming that they never sent email login codes to log into the app. Then they told me to try and restart my phone or uninstall the app and reinstall the app to attempt to log in again. After doing that an attempting to log in I received an error message saying that my account had been suspended. I went back to the check and told the representative that I did see the text message login code but they still suspended my account. Now if that's not crooked Wicked spiteful and completely unethical I don't know what is. Now there is no timeline to win someone's going to get back to me or reactivate the account despite me having money in the account.

Fanduel $#*!ing sucks all they do is take and don't give back. This app is rigged. No promotions they don't give back all they do is take if you have to gamble go anywhere but fanduel these people ain't right this app ain't right

I was given faulty input by an agent causing me to request being logged out for a year. So, I don't have access to my account/money and their support team isn't much help. I think this is called stealing and it can happen to you. We rely on customer support agents for instructions and they are agents of the company and in my case it led to a separation between myself and my account balance.
I'll be discussing this with a lawyer tomorrow morning. Think twice before you deal with this sham of an operation.

So they put out tickets that are impossible to win. I cant explain the whole incident, but I'll never bet here again. They are scammers, I know this from experience. I'll try to be short, but I bet on a pitcher to get 10 strikeouts in the game. Well before the game started, the announcer stated this pitcher would only be pitching for 3 innings. Even if he struck out every batter, that's 9 strikeouts. Seeing as it was already well known that he would be pitching 3 innings, I assume fanduel knew that too. I messaged them about it and they gave me the cold shoulder saying that its in there rules that once a pitcher starts, the bet can no longer be refunded. But I feel so played, and after using fanduel for so long, they treated me like a nobody. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Thanks for your time!

My debit card expired, so I added the new card. Since i deposited funds using the original card, I am unable to withdraw. The only customer service was an on line chat, I found an 800#, have left messages, yet to receive a call back. Terrible experience.

I've played numerous games. What I don't get is when the machine malfunctions you lose. I won and then game freezes. And the guy who's always checking location. Start the game over. This is a recurring problem. And when you chat with them they say, we'll look into it. And always come up with some crap. Games start slow, then get fast and Don't get a thing. Just ain't right. Not getting a dime in casino from me ever. Cheating machines. Or they shut the game down and you have no chance to try and win your money back. Hardly no free play either. Them free play on sports. Win 5,000 but there's 6 thousand playing. If guess correct. I get.25 cents.

Like all of the other gambling platforms and providers, Fanduel capitlizes on sickness without a care for the people they harm, the families they impact and future success of individuals by providing easy access to poison. It's the equivalent of crack cocaine and Fanduel should not only be shut down and prosecuted but everyone employed should be locked up with violent sex offenders. I don't normally write reviews but I have to because No one shouldn't have to go through this with a company you spend your hard earn money on the wait time on getting ahold of them is ridiculous and they block me from play for using my better half card and it's been a week already and it real is stupid. I don't have this problem with draft kings I suggest going with them I'll be saving you guy a headache believe me.I hope fanduel gets ahold of this reviews to show them how crazy they are to block someone that's giving them the money they work so hard for there score from me is a 1 out of 10

I spend a lot of money with FanDuel and there's certain games I like to play jelly Julian's being one of those games however yesterday I was playing until Julian's and I received a bonus at the 20 cent bet and when the bonus came up the screen was blank and all it does is play music when I reached out to the van dual support all I got was run around and them saying that is the provider is who is responsible for that and that it'll be 24 to 48 hours before I'll have any answers so that wasn't acceptable to me because it's FanDuel site that I go through however on my 4th attempt to reach someone in a supervision there I was disconnected from my chat and no longer able to reach out to anyone as far as this goes like I said I spend a lot of money here and for this to happen and for no one to even acknowledge the fact that there's an issue is an issue for me I would like this matter to be resolved with a due diligence however 24 to 48 hours is not due diligence to me they take my money within 2 seconds off of my money card when it's my money then I'm playing with when it turns on around and the shoes on the other foot 24 to 48 hours is my answer they're telling me that it's a provider of jelly Jillian's as to where I need to contact to get my money or to get my bonus played out because I have yet all day long been able to get into the jolly Julian's game to even play the game let alone my bonus that I want so that being said I think fanduel's professionalism and the way they handled this is just ludicrous to tell someone that they can't control a game that they provide on their site and not be able to back it up sounds outrageous jelly Julian's one of my favorite games I can't even play it anymore thank you for provider real play

The fact that the company does not have a phone number tells you all you need to know. They do not care to service their customers, nor answer any customer service concerns. It is all about how much money you can give them. Their lives scores are not accurate, and they design this to trick you. It is a classic example of racketeering. What bafdles me is the fact that they are still in business, after multiple class action lawsuits in which they were caught red handed cheating the customer. Stay far far away! You have been warned
