FanDuel never has a problem when you deposit money it's only when you win that they have an issue. They said I have an unauthorized person on my account but never noticed till I won. Customer service is the worst. They send the same standard email over and over. Sent all documents never rectified.

Placing a better to possibly win big money to have it voided so if I win took my winnings down to garbage. You need to warn people from the beginning so they're aware and can possibly not choose to place a bet at all

On American roulette, with a human throwing, the movements of the ball defy physics. I play 1/6th of the wheel heavy, and about 1/3 more of the wheel with a few bets, but mainly on one side of the wheel. When I start increasing my bets on the 1/6th, the ball may travel there 1/20 spins. That's mathematically impossible. Also, the 'rebounds' and the way the ball moves always ends up on the opposite side of the wheel. Other times, there's no movement as the ball drops on the opposite side, and the ball plants itself in a well. I video taped some of these sessions, and I'm going to submit them to the Michigan Gaming Commission to review.

I find it funny how dealer knows their facedown card everytime before flipping jt. I had a $850 hand and stopped at 20, dealer had a 3. Then my screen goes black and I'm sent back to the menu, WITHOUT my 850, apparently dealer hit a 3 card 21 while I was kicked out of the game so I didn't see her flip her cards but they say I lost and they won't refund my 850 for their mistake... fanduel just robbed me for $850 and this has happened many times before but this time they screwed me for 850. Recently my hunny won on fanDuel promotion with the 3 free spins a day and he won the 2,0000.00-casino credit... And he played the credit up and turned it into 1,600.00 for real money. Well as soon as he tried to pull it out FanDuel suspended his account and stated it was found that he had suspicious activity going on his account. We sent over all the documents that FanDuel wanted ID Debit Card a picture of him (yes, a picture of him holding up the date in question) everything possible to let FanDuel know it was him and still nothing. A billion-dollar company advertised on ESPN NFL and other sports channels and Non sports channels and they take from their customers like this. I'm hurt and quite disgusted. And if I could get legal action against them I would. Its False advertising and they are literally taking people's money. 😡

I'm going to be as brief as possible. This online CASINO is rigged. Their sportsbook however, is fair, and they will always pay you on bets won there.

They offer spotty and low level broadcast from global venues, with no analysis or expertise... Just horrible background music, sometimes Gregorian chant.
Their posted broadcast hours are seldom met; they break away from their telecast without warning.
