I was in search of the Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Large Pouch and went onto Fashionphile for the first time ever after hearing an influencer talk about shopping there and found one right away! It was in a beautiful grape color and excellent condition. When I received it I was in shock with how great the condition actually was, basically new! Such an amazing find! I will definitely be shopping for more and hope to go in person to the NYC store!

I ordered a YSL chain wallet that was described as "Excellent condition - Faint scuffs on the exterior and hardware". Well, try as I might I can't find any scuffing anywhere on this bag, it is in INCREDIBLE condition! Thank you Fashionphile for erring on the side of caution; I feel I can trust that my future purchases will meet this level of satisfaction.

Second time the condition of the bag has been different than stated. Musty odor was mentioned, but the bag absolutely stunk, even from 10ft away. Also had sticky handles with some sort of gross goo. Luckily, I grew up riding horses and can restore leather like a pro. 4hrs of cleaning, conditioning the leather and hand washing the inside made all the difference. It's actually not discolored and scuffed anymore …way less stinky too :)

I purchased a Burberry crossbody. It was described as excellent low and I think it could have been more on the lower side. I was underwhelmed when I received the bag. The strap was not on it properly. The strap was upside down oddly. The original tag was on it but it didn't have the price, that was kinda weird. There was a slight smell to it. Lastly I don't feel like I spent good money and it's not worth taking a loss to send it back so I'll just keep it.

I have ordered from you several times, and I also sell my items to you. It is always a great experience, and I appreciate your fast shipping. I can trust that my items are in great shape, authentic, and unique pieces that I might not find anywhere else. I enjoyed selling my items to you and did something different, I went into the store for my drop off appointment instead of mailing them in which was fun. I would shop with you again.
