My bag arrived just as described if not better. My only concern is having to sign for my delivery & both attempted times, I was at work. I ended up having to pay a small fee to have UPS hold it for me until I could pick it up after work their UPS store. If I known about the signature requirement upfront, I would have shipped it to my work address instead.

Fashionphile changed access that requires signing back into our emails. I wrote 2x and no response. I called client assistance line, Patricia took my new email address wrong. When I never receive the link on my new email, I called back and she was extremely rude, turns out to be she wrote my email address wrong. She can't even place the order on my behalf, an over $600 over. After I paid all of my reserves, I will not stop with fashionphile again
