I work in a cabaret, and to go on stage I need to wear foundation with reflective particles. And the fenty foundation suits me VERY well, it has a light pleasant scent. Holds well, doesn't roll down

I am very disappointed with the delivery and operation of the site, I advise everyone not to contact them... Made an order on the site, paid for the goods + paid for delivery. A timeframe of 8-10 working days was indicated. I tracked the location of the order on the site, for some reason it went from New Jersey to the Netherlands, and then to Mexico. This journey took 4(!) weeks! And that's it, the end, no more tracking works, the delivery is not done. After 10 complaints to their mail, I was answered and offered a refund of the amount, two times less than I spent.Not even funny
Do not repeat my mistakes and do not spend money, then you are tormented to seek the truth

Bought a lot of cosmetics for my wife here as they were on her wishlist. She loves them a lot and says their quality is very good. The website is very user-friendly and the order process was very smooth. Customer service was on top, they helped me with my order and everything came well-packed and in perfect condition.

Beautiful color; but unfortunately needs to be reapplied every hour. Fades super quickly, and the fading is not even - so it looks worse than my regular lipstick. Very disappointed.

I adore most products by Fenty but I cannot abide having a rash on my face and neck and being told to just return it and no sorry about your inconvenience.
Not to mention how much I buy from these people, this was in totality may be $45 but at the end of the day I have a rash all over my neck and no one cared to delve further into which product caused it let alone a refund.
I'm not purchasing anymore.
I'll go thru Sephora instead.

I ordered a few items for my birthday, one of the items wasn't included in my package, I contacted Fenty and they refunded me a PARTIAL amount and when confronted with them they said that THAT was thee amount I paid. Didn't answer any of my emails since! So they STOLE MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING IN RETURN!
SHAME ON YOU SCAMMERS! WISH I COULD GIVE YOU AND YOUR POOR PRODUCTS -10 STARS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Immediately after an order confirmation email, I receive another email saying it was cancelled because of a payment method or account issue. However, the transactions went through as they were posted to my credit card account. After emailing them, part of their response was that I had to live in the US to send it there…Just because I have a non-Caucasian name, does not mean that I dont live here. It also said to have shipping/billing address match, but usually you just have to click on a button for the system to match it for you. Once I went on their chat, I was connected to the same customer rep and was told I would get an email response as there are agents working on it right now. So doesnt that defeat the purpose of the chat if Im then told to go back to emailing? It wasnt until I asked what the chat is for, did she then offer to continue helping. I was made to feel even more uncomfortable when asked if this was a warehouse or home address. In addition, the 15% off code could not be used again to re-order despite them cancelling my order. She said shed let her supervisor know to "okay you to shop with us", refund me the 15% after I placed a new order, and to expect a response within another 24-48 hours. The way it was worded didnt sit right with me. I wasnt aware I had to be VIP and talk to a supervisor before being approved to be a customer. Another hassle/inconvenience/waste of time to have to wait and check for another response/refund.

The funny thing is, it took me less than a minute to place an order with Rare Beauty right after this. This will be the first and -last- experience for me with Fenty Beauty.

I haven't received the order for days, I've sent several emails and calls to Fenty, I don't get a return from them. I want to cancel the order. I called millions of times and I didn't get a return if where is my order, it's very frustrating, in customer service you don't have people who speak Spanish you sell your products worldwide to people from all over the world and in customer service they they were super rude to me because i speak little english

Never received anything and two months later Paypal closed my dispute because I dont have evidence I didnt receive the products! So my money is gone until HOPEFULLY this parcel is retrieved or sent back from the post office or wherever it is! 160 euros to the garbage, NEVER AGAIN! Lost time, money and peace of mind

The price that I paid for what I purchased was outstanding and delivery was pretty quick. Item exactly as described. Great price.

Love their products and some of the site features are amazing. BUT, I haven't been able to create an account because they keep sending me verification emails without working links. I tried to reach out a few days ago but still haven't received a response.

I'm still going to keep buying their products either way.
(Finally found a foundation that matches my super pale skin without making me look orange or dead. Super buildable coverage without being cakey. Lasts all day with primer and setting spray.)

Every order I have done on Fenty has been a great experience. The website looks nice, easy to use, and easy to navigate. The product pages look great, and the product details are great.

The quality of the products I usually order have always been fantastic. Everything I ordered arrived within the shipping date promised. I never had an issue and hopefully that stays that way!

Fenty is a terrific company, they care if the customer is happy with the products.
The color range is gorgeous and I appreciate ethic companies -
there is a wide range of products for every skin shade, it is well thought out.
My only problem is with the Heat Gloss bomb. I should have known from the name but this product burns my lip, a most unpleasant sensation. The burn last long after I remove it. I find that 'lip plumpers' are not really good for the skin, do not work and are unnecessary. There are still plenty of your other products to choose from, thank you. Azul

I decided to try this shop by a friend's recommendation. I found on its site good hair care products. They have good quality and works really well. I think this is a good shop for buying things.

I bought it to give it a try, my least favourite concealer by far. It's so cakey under my eyes even if I only use a little bit. It doesn't cover very well, and it doesn't last all day. Definitely not worth it. If you're thinking about buying it, just buy the Tarte shape tape, it's worth the price especially if you have bad dark circles like me!

I am soooooo disappointed what is the point in adding all those lovely ingredients and then ruining them by adding fragrance? I stopped using the whole range for a while cause my skin was going to hell and when I one day tried to put the on, it BURNT! MY SKIN!

I don't recommend these products at all and the Savage X underwear, most of it is VERY uncomfortable and none of it is durable. I spent £500 and most of it is useless as it's painful to wear!

The customer service for both Savage X and Fenty Beauty is ATROCIOUS! SHAME ON YOUR RIRI!

I love Rihanna, so I had to try this brand when it came it. If you're considering purchasing - my advice is to go for it!

I have absolutely loved each article of lingerie I've received from this place. The price is right and, in my opinion, they feel/look higher quality than VS. It's also refreshing to see advertising where all the ladies are real and natural. It's 2021 and we're over the Playboy troupe.

I really like their foundation collection. I found the perfect shade for my skin, it is extremely lightweight on the skin and blends in seamlessly. The packaging is attractive and nice.
Although it seems to be expensive but it is very well worth the investment for such high-quality products.
