I received the return treatment as everyone else. I bought a swimsuit and have gotten the same runaround as others. I ordered another suit through Amazon, had to exchange it for larger size and got it done in days.
BUYER BEWARE DO NO PURCHASE FROM FULLFIT!
I purchased several items on the 7th September 2022. The website states that you are entitled to a full refund. It is now December 2023 and I still have no refund. They will waste your time with emails saying, they have lost the order number please resend, they are having computer problems,can you supply the tracking numbers, will check that we have received the return etc. I have also been blocked from facebook when asking questions about my returns and refund. I have sent over 50 emails regarding my refund. Do not waste your time or money buying from FULLFIT purchase elsewhere.
Buyer beware do not buy from this company, costumer service is almost non existent if you need to return or ask for a refund you will not get it. Website states refund but they keep stalling with stupid request ie what is the order number.You will be blocked from FB if you ask a question or make a negative comment about refund on their FB site. It's the worse company that I have dealt with. Do not buy!
I ordered a swim dress which specified a complete swimsuit under the dress complete with mesh tummy control. There was just a thin dress, nothing under it whatsoever. I asked for a refund, but was told the return cost to China was more than the value. I pointed out that, under the Consumer Credit Act, they are responsible for return costs. No reply. I want to take out a small claims case against them, but no address.
Ordered three swimsuits after carefully reading their returns policy. Now I want to return two as they don't fit and all I get is offers of more swimsuits, lots of stalling tactics and no offer of refund. I have lodged a dispute through Paypal as hopefully this will action the refund. Do not deal with this nightmare company...they operate under so many different company names but they are all operating the same way. BEWARE!
The suit was ok but it didn't suit me. Wanted to return for a refund but it doesn't appear that that is going to happen. First time I've encountered this when ordering on line. Shame on you Fullfitall.
Instead of being offered a refund for 2=x costumes which I wished to return the email just said to keep them for no charge or donate them to charity! Totally unacceptable and I am still pursuing this with them. Completely different to what it says on their policy on the website.
Beware. I purchased a swimsuit almost a month ago and still I have not received the swimsuit. I have send the company email and no response. Don't purchase anything you will be wasting your money.
Their website return policy says that they allow 30 day returns for refund, but they will not provide an address to ship to and say they are in China and shipping will cost more than the product so I should keep it or give it away. $70 is an expensive lesson to research companies before I buy, but…lesson learned. I think a class action lawsuit against this company would be a great idea!
Not only did the swimsuit take almost 3 weeks to get when the website said 6-8 shipping days they said their warehouse was in China and it cost more to ship back for a refund so I was told to give them away. I'm out $68.00.
I have escilated to mastercard to chargeback as company will not provide return address to get a refund for the unsuitable swimsuit. They say the postage is more expensive than the item so no refund or returns which contradicts the T&C's. Don't purchase through this Chinese company as they are misleading consumers with their terms on the.au site.
I bought a swimming costume on April 4th,it did not fit and did not like material.
Have sent several emails to them asking for refund, offering me discounts and other things, which I have said I only want refund. They now do not answer my email.

I received a swim suit which was not true to size. On requesting to exchange, with a copy of my order number full name and address.
I received an answer requesting these details, even though I supplied them.
Since my order arrived I've read so many bad reviews I do not want to put myself through what over people have experienced.
Lesson learnt. I will never deal with them again.
And I also thought they were Australian or at least had a warehouse here.
They also did not address the package correctly and said it was a ski jacket.
DO NOT buy anything off this company if you want a refund if they aren't suitable. Firstly on their website there is no way to access the returns and refund form. They talk about it in their returns and refunds policy but there is NO FORM. You have to email them, I got a response straight away with a request for my name etc. Fair enough. After supplying it I then get asked for the order number and what items I bought and why I want to return them. They are too big (all five of them - the L is very large). From then on NOTHING. Zilch. Don't buy off them, they are shonky as. I thought it was an Australian site (the return address if they aren't delivered is in Sydney) but I have since found out they are in China. I wish I had read all of the reviews before buying off them. I will now put a negative review on their facebook site and I guess I will then be blocked haha.
I purchased a swimsuit from this company and requested return label to return the item with free postage as promised by the company as per their listed returns policy. It's impossible to lodge a return ticket online as promised by the company on their website. I've now been emailing the company for 2 months trying to get them to provide the return label required to return the item for free. Inutially they take forever to respond and now that they have responded (after 30 days ofcourse) after fobbing me off initially by asking for my address for ID and then asking which item i want to return ( i only purchased one item). They've advised it's too expensive to post back to them and offered a 20% discount to purchase another item. I don't want anything else, the quality is poor. I just want to return the item and receive my refund. In the last email they basically said go ahead and send it and provided an address in China with no return label. This means I would have to pay to return the item. There's no way I'm paying it to send it to some random address which I have no way of confirming is actually legitimate. I assume if i did post it, their next trick would be to claim it was never received as it got lost in the post and therefore they won't provide the refund.
I received my swimsuit quickly. I was satisfied with it but I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I received 2 emails from them asking for details I had already sent them. I wrote another couple of emails in response, 1 including all my details for a second time but have heard nothing since. I couldn't understand why they would need information from me if I supplied the inv number as they would get it from there.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT TURNS OUT THEY ARE NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY.
Emailed them to return items, they gave me the address and I sent my parcel back tracked and signed, left it long enough then emailed them asking for an update on the refund, they told me a couple more days, I waited then emailed again and they offered me £20 back out of the £130 returns I sent and since I said no they have been ignoring me, on every platform, worst company ever
I purchased a swimsuit which I plan to return. I have contacted customer support service twice to ascertain the refund process and have not heard back from them. I realize I only have 15 days in which to return the purchase so time is important.
Why couldn't Fullfitall's refund policy be clearly stated on its website like most online vendors instead of requiring you email *******@fullfitall.com? Their refund process is inefficient especially when the customer receives no response.
Be wary of this company and read all the reviews. After waiting for several weeks for the items half of the order was missing.
