Before Christmas, I ordered a liner hoping it would fit in my husband's jacket given to him by his company. I received it in a timely manner, however, the zippers don't match, so it doesn't work. It took me a while to locate the invoice, if you can call it that. And there is nothing noted on how to return anything. I finally called today, unfortunately past their 30 day return policy and was told there was nothing they could do. Nothing. I would have been happy to mail it back to them for even a partial refund, or better yet, an exchange. The liner I have has nothing wrong with it. I can do nothing with this liner. I do believe they could sell it to someone else. These days many companies are honoring returns longer than their original policies because of the epidemic. It would have been nice if they tried a little to help me. I work in sales and customer service and the right to return something (no matter how long it's been) is very important to me. I will not use this company again.
I ordered a hooded sweatshirt for my hubby for Christmas on 11/18/2020. He opened it Christmas and the size needed to be changed. I find out when I go online that no exchanges/refunds after 30 days! I called the first business day after Christmas to talk with Alex, who informed me that THIS ONE TIME he would allow an exchange. They send NO LABEL, and do not pay for ANY RETURN SHIPPING. This is so unlike any of the other on line retailers that have everything you need for easy returns. I decided to donate the item to charity and to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I couldn't find what I wanted in a pocket T-shirt locally for a price I wanted to spend, so I decided to look online. I found Full Source and saw a really good selection and good prices, so I bought 11 shirts. They arrived within a few days, and the shirts are good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again or to recommended them to anybody else.
Absolutely horrible, order some work boots and they were taking incredibly long to ship so I called to cancel the order and the person I spoke to from customer service said I'd receive a cancellation email shortly, but I never did so I emailed them a few days later and still no response I am going to call again and email them again until they actually answer, confirm my cancellation, and give me my money back!
I ordered an item on Sept. 18 and called them in the following Monday. I was told the item had just arrived and was being processed to be shipped out, I should get an email in a couple days to give me the shipping date.
I called again today, the Monday after my first call to them, and was told the item I ordered had been discontinued. My card had been refunded the purchase price and that they had sent an email telling me this last week.
I never received an email last week. So who do I believe? Now I'm concerned about the security of my credit card. I won't order from this company again.

Has almost been 2 weeks customer service acts like it's a burden to respond.
I ordered items that were shown in stock. When, after they had still not shipped a week later, I called to find out what the issue was. The Customer Service representative was polite, but had no answers as to the issue. He was able to prioritize my order to ship the next business day however. It did ship as promised, but has been in transit now for nearly 2 weeks. So, three weeks total and still without the items ordered. Definitely not customer focused.
I place an order for blank safety vests and after ten days I call to find out what was going on with my order, they say they just received the order and it will take another 10 business days to deliver it to me. This is the worst experience I ever had. I had to cancel the order because my clients are also not happy that they did not receive the product on time. Full source needs to get better at tracking orders and shipping those orders on time. Today they lost a client, and they will continue to lose more if they are not responsible
I order 50 safety shirt and never received them. I ordered them on July 2 and on July 10th receive a pickup notice from UPS, but the status never changed. I finally called on July 22nd and the first lady put me on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on me while on hold. I call back and the second person told me that the art department never sent out the proofs. I told her to cancel the order and I would go somewhere else. She could care less which didn't surprise me. Generally company that have bad customer care don't care if you write bad reviews or complaints. Finding somewhere else to spend our money.
I bought work shirts and pants from them and none fit even though I got bigger sizes. Plus the shirts are see through. Also when I returned them they charged me 7.00 Plus I had to pay for return shipping which was almost 6.00.
Terrible money hungry company that makes bad clothes. Don't buy here.
Placed an order back in March and it's July and still haven't received my order they sent it but never received anything called and talked to D. Carter and he won't respond to my emails or calls so now I'm out of $240 and no work jeans very disappointed
All I want to say is the people were nice but they are very slow it took forever just for them to send me an email and yeah make sure you read the fine print before you order anything... it's taking a month an a half just to embroider 10 t-shirts it's ridiculous
A good product at a decent price. No gouging here (at least on products I needed).
I had to order 100 face shield when everyone else was looking for face shields - not only did they have the product they got it to me within the week
Basically ordered some product my address is off by one letter was never notified through the company. I was told that they don't do follow up they assumed after they reviewed my address it was correct. Although my address ends in Rd not RE, Which was never caught when I made the initial order. It was three days After I was to receive my product that I found out it was turned around in transit due to my address. Again no follow up and the company claimed once I called To see what I had to do. I was told to go back on the site and basically re-order and pay the extra shipping again. Follow up on all orders such a simple thing to do.
Prompt reply to my questions. Even during pandemic my order arrived quickly and my requests were answered quickly.
Supplied what I needed in a timely manner! Full Source has a very large variety of products that catered to our companies needs and I'm sure for much of the construction industry.
Very dissatisfied! Have been waiting for my order over 10 days. Had to call only to find out the boot was no longer available. No courtesy email call or anything.
