I was looking for a Valentino rock stud style shoe and didn't like the current retailer offerings colors... FWRD had a color that may be from a previous season but it was just what I was looking for!

At first I was hesitant about their risk management process questions. I am totally comfortable now and am very pleased. My item arrived UPS 2nd day.

Everything was great from the price, customer service helping with my coupon code, and shipping. My only suggestion is being able to pick the package up from the UPS facility if the delivery is missed. I understand that package requires signature for delivery, however you can also provide ID for verification and signature at the UPS facility. It was inconvenient I had to take off work to be home when the package was re-delivered for the 3rd time. Other than that 1 hiccup, I would definitely return for future purchases.

Really easy ordering experience. Love the dress but didn't realize that there is a very high slit on the thigh. Dress is too slim to close the slit and I'm not comfortable wearing it open. So will be returning. But, beautiful dress for others I'm sure.

I paid about USD 2,000 for 10 items from Revolve/FWRD on June 13,2025. The goods never arrived. For over a month they only demanded my ID every day instead of delivering or refunding. Later they claimed a refund was processed and promised money in 3 days, then told me to check with my bank. Now 3 months have passed since June 13 and I still have no refund. This feels like fraud. Avoid this company.

All of the pieces I order have built a beautiful and well balanced wardrobe with up to the minute styles and great quality. I love being able to see first hand the new pieces when they arrive thanks to Christina!

I ordered a siegleman stable hat from FWRD because they were the only place that had the color I wanted and it shipped and arrived so quickly and on time just like they said. The hat was packed well for shipping and came with plastic wrap/bag to protect the hat from any incidental spillage that could have gotten through the cardboard box. I would definitely order from FWRD again and would highly recommend it for them to anyone who is unsure like I was originally.

I ordered a pair of KHAITE boots I had to sign for them, but was worried because I'm never home. The customer service help me with the timing of the package as well as other alternatives if I missed it, they were very understanding, knowledgeable and empathetic. Once I receive the boots I even sent them a photo to see if they fit the way that they should they went above and beyond.

You guys have the best policy on shipping, returning, and the most forward fashion in the business. I tried returning an order to Farfetch and it took weeks. They charge for shipping and it's very inconvenient. Regardless I never had any problem with your website whether I was buying or returning.
