Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal to my crypto wallet and ran into troubles. Their withdrawal policy states "Withdrawal requests will be sent the same way the funds were received and up to the initial deposited amounts. Profits will be withdrawn using Bank Wire Transfer or a crypto wallet." I have funded my account from a crypto wallet ($10K) and a bank card ($10K). Based on the above withdrawal policy, I should be able to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet and $10K to my card, then further withdrawals can be sent to either. I attempted to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet as I needed the crypto funds urgently, and was told "as per our withdrawal policy all refunds must go to your card first, then to other methods." When I contacted costumer service and the financial team and told them this is not what their withdrawal policy states I was ignored and only told to confirm the withdrawal to my card. This is an obvious breach of their own displayed withdrawal policy and given they're lying about that, I no longer trust this broker about any thing and will be moving my funds elsewhere ASAP. I would suggest you avoid this broker!

I opened an account two weeks ago and they say that they giving me 100% bonus which is absolutely a lie.I had 580 Pound in my account plus 320 pound bonus they gave me so I had four position on gold and it went down for 440 pounds and they closed all of my position with out my permission and they took the bonus out of my account straight away. They were charging me commission and 9 pounds swap every night plus something called charges? So know I made a complaint to their regulator called CySEC Cyprus securities and exchange and I will share the result here again

They are trying to stealing my money, beaware traders. At the time of withdrawal they ask for selfie in name of random security check, I gave them my selfie, they are again asking for another selfie. I denied it and told them to giving back my initial money, but they are denying it. They easily verify your accounts but end of the day they will harass you in name security check. I will give you update later once they give my initial back or not. Maybe I have to go to regulations for this, but lets see what they do, it been 3 weeks since I they stuck my withdrawal!

FXCC seems to be a comparatively strong broker with comprehensively developed trading conditions. There is something to develop but these are trifles.

The bonus system that FXCC provides to its first-time customers helped me to grow my initial deposit dramatically.
I can't recommend the same way to everybody, as you have to know how to handle leverage and always follow the risk management that you set for your trading strategy.

Comparatively interesting broker with own distinctive traits.in general, all conditions are quite similar to something that other brokerage companies offer, but, simultaneously, there are some differences. They are minor actually, unprepared and unskilled traders would barely notice them.

It's hard to pass by it because I appreciate brokers who don't charge fees. Here's it's backed by good spreads. Secondly, it's good that it's all turned out real, not just promised.

Yes, FXCC, just like any other broker has services that can be improved. If you try to look for flaws, FXCC has them.
But the most important thing for me is that the disadvantages of this broker are minor, and I can make a profit. And we're all here for the profit.

The distinctive trait of this company is the presence of a strong educational center that is aimed at gradual skills development.

I'm confident with this broker because for the time I trade with it nothing bad happened to me and particularly my depo. Of course, I mean non-trading reasons such as fraud or careless attitude to me or something like this. The broker showed that it's genuine.

I actually promised myself not to change my broker again, but it had some major problems. Then I registered here and tried FXCC a little bit. I am still not sure actually whether or not I will be transfering here all my capital. But this platform has none of the major trust problems, reliability issues, dubious questions about withdrawals and deposits. It is all going normal for now.

Pretty simple things brought me here. The broker offers a reasonable leverage size, namely 1:500. Earlier I tried to trade with higher leverage many times. It was an insane thing. I mostly lost. This leverage is optimal in terms of margin size, risk and profitability.Secondly, I like commission-free trading and spreads here.

Some of the best trading conditions I have seen are offered by this broker. I intend to trade with this broker for a long time.

I had an experience with different brokers but they were kind of dubious ones. The main thing I always cared about is security. I need my funds to be safe.
There is no problem with regulation at FXCC. Broker is regulated by CySEC and that means something.
And one more thing that I find useful is numerous ways of deposit/withdrawal. Bank cards, bank wire transfer and a lot of alternative payment methods are available. That means you can always operate your money.

The broker has so appealing terms and conditions for trading. I think it's one of the most lucrative forex brokers I've ever seen.
It doesn't mean that it has no flaws though. For example I don't like the commission for withdrawals. But I think I'll deal with it. Ultimately my profits will cover everything.

Earlier I traded major currency pairs, but recently I became greatly interested in crosses. The more I learned about them the more they became interesting for me. However, I didn't want to give up trading majors. I proceeded trading'em with other brokers, but also signed up here to trade crosses only.
I like that the broker offers the same leverage for majors and crosses.

Very knowledgeable website of Fxcc. It gives a lot of information about different economic factors.
For instance I didn't know about the impact interest rates have on the price movements of currencies.

My main interest with this broker was the trading conditions for minor currency pairs. For me, it's crucial that it's possible to trade minors with the same leverage size as major currency pairs. Some brokers provide smaller leverage for minors that make trading them less profitable as trading majors. This broker allows to trade all currency pairs without exception with 1:500.
So, I signed up and trade my favorite crosses here with the Australian and New Zealand dollars included. The technical side of trading here suits me. I mean I like the execution and the withdrawal procedure.

The only issue I have with the broker is that MT4 is the only available platform. It is an excellent place to trade, but it would've been better with a bit of variety. Although, I still like trading on the platform because I think MT4 is a universal platform.
