I bought a level service from 40-50 and now my items stolen and nothing happend i wrote 6 times with the support and supports give a $#*! and dont write back... Dont Trust this sites and the rating writes are Fake!..

At first it was whatever took them a long time to deliver. However, the second time I tried to order something they took a whole month to finally "deliver". HOWEVER, I was on vacation so the gold I bought from them got returned and i even provided proof that it got returned and they will NOT refund or resend the gold I bought from them. I gave them undeniable picture proof and yet they refuse to respond. I am done buying from this site and I recommend you to not buy from them also unless you wish for it to take forever/possibly getting scammed and shut out.

The fraud and scamming of this site is unreal. You can order something and it will never come. NEVER. You can live chat them the first couple times and they'll tell you to wait.
"Oh just 2-3 hours." ~ 2-3 hours later ~
"Max 12 hours." ~ 12 hours later ~
"Not certain when you'll receive it."
Really now? After you contacted them about 3 times, the "customer service" will literally shut you off. You wouldn't be able to find an operator because it saids they are assisting other people (note: WELL OF COURSE, you just scammed everyone!). And even if you could find an operator, they would TERMINATE the chat right after you guys connected. Some customer service, right?
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GIVING MONEY TO THIS SITE.

I felt like a criminal doing this, LOL.

Ok, so I paid a few bucks to get some gold in a game and it worked out just fine.
I was worried at first because I didn't know what to do so I clicked on the Livechat option on their website.
I was simply told to wait in-game at a certain location for the "supplier".
I asked how long the wait usually is. The person on the line replied "soon".
Next thing I know, this random chick comes into the meeting location, stands around for a second, and then hands me a check for 1 mil in gold.

It was AWESOME, lol!

I recently made a purchase on this website as it showed up on the listings in Google for Tera US gold sellers. Turns out it is a complete scam and I've tried everything with their 24/7 Chat but they speak in horrible grammar and slang and they kept on telling me that they need more proof of purchase, asking me to send them copies of my ID, my credit card, passport (which of course I did not send) so they can confirm my identity. I've tried everything with them, I saved all my chat transcripts of them literally saying they can't cancel my order and issue a refund and that their boss is not around etc... It's a pure scam, I reported them to paypal and filed a dispute with fraud, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Hopefully I can get my money back or I will find a way to sue them for not delivering on their promise and I have the chat saved of their live so called agent saying "we cannot deliver unless you send us further proof of ID". Complete scam, I am so angry and pissed with these people that they would do such a thing.

DO NOT buy from gameim. I placed an order for 2,000 plat for RIFT. They told me it would be a 15 minute delivery, in this case it wasn't. I kept going on live chat pretending i'm someone else, asking if they have plat stock on my server, they all said yes, then when I went to ask when they're giving me my 2,000, they would say they have no stock, when I already paid $45 USD.

I ended up making a dispute on PayPal, and went on chat and said if you don't give me the 2,000 plat, I will ring my bank/PayPal etc, they sent me the plat within 2 hours. In the end I had to wait about 7 days, DO NOT buy from these scammers. HORRIBLE customer service.
