A bulletin came up as I was finishing my order and offered free shipping for orders over 50.00. I clicked on it but it did not take the shipping cost off. Order #******* Wish it would have worked. Long delay from order to shipping with no communication till I complained then responded that they ran out of product. Communication increases customer satisfaction especially on internet purchases and honor offers. Thank you

Simply filled out tax exempt forms, waited less than a day and ordered.
