I got the genixgreen battery pack March 2016. I used the battery pack half years. The quality is good and very durable.
I bought 10 hoverboards from Genixgreen. I paid $279 each to ship to my door.
One of them would not start after being ridden for a few hours.
Genixgreen made me pay to ship it to some middleman two weeks ago. FedEx verified that the shipment arrived to the address yet, I continue to get emails from Lisa Wang telling me they have not received my shipment.
I will never use Genixgreen for any product ever again.
UPDATE: After waiting 4 months, I finally received a check from Genixgreen management. I have been selling hoverboards since September of 2015. 1 out of 10 boards failing is a better failure rate than every other company I have purchased from. I wish Genixgreen management couldve pulled their head out. They make a good product.
