Get Movers has zero integrity and absolutely DESTROYED our belongings. Throughout the entire process, the customer service representatives, on site crew members, as well as company supervisors intentionally misguide customers and then do not return calls/emails. A complete failure in customer support. The company was notified that there was a fight between the crew members at origin that resulted in our belongings being thrown from the truck in a dispute based on lack of loading experience. The crew arrived completely unprepared with limited packing supplies and asked the customers to supply packing wrap. Not to mention the cigarette burns in our couch cushions from the crew smoking in the truck. The crew mentioned the truck from not packed properly and that he would better wrap our belongings once unloaded at the warehouse so that they could be better protects while in storage; however, this never happened. Absolutely zero respect. Completely unprofessional. The crew leader as well as a company supervisor was made aware of the damages as they were inspected and unloaded from the truck at the destination. The crew was late. We were told that there was nothing Get Movers could do because the office was closed, but don't worry since they have insurance, and to call customer service the following morning at 10AM for further instruction rather than directing us to the proper company protocols. Get Movers said we never notified the company of any damages, which ultimately resulted in our claim being denied. The allegation that we did not notify the company of damages is absolutely false as the mishandling, lack of care and respect for our belongings was acknowledged by customer service from the point of origin. This company is untrustworthy.

They are very pushy to pay a deposit. They promise everything but don't provide the service! They don't even have trucks, subcontracted my move to and other company who shewed up at 11:30 am on moving day with a small truck for a long distance move. They forced me to cancel the move as I wasn't willing to pay 6 hours of driving time for 2 loads but they don't pay my deposit back. They even want more money. They don't reply for phone calls instead they send a text 6 hours later. Customer service is useless, had to wait for they reply for 1 hour on the moving day with the movers. It's a rip off company. DO NOT MOVE WOTH THEM!

***WARNING***. Please be warned about Get Movers. I had a move recently and the team did a fine job, but after I paid and tipped them, they smashed my car when leaving and failed to remain at the scene. Even after filing a police report they refused to take responsibility and have told me that they subcontracted the truck and it's not their problem. They won't even give me the plate number of the truck for my police report. PLEASE READ THE CBC STORY ABOUT THIS! I have the whole incident on video and still they don't act. My car is now in the shop with a lot of damage and they act like it's not a big deal. Save yourself the headache and use a different company!

My husband and I have moved a couple of times in our life, and this was the best experience we have ever received. These movers were very gentle with our items, professional and friendly. 5 stars out of 5!

I had a great experience with GetMovers. The moving expert gave me all the prices, warned me about the deposit amount, and listed what was included in the price. There were no surprises when the move was done. I paid what I was quoted, and I am happy about it. For me, it is very important that companies are fully transparent with the customers and that's why I'll only use their services in the future.

GetMovers team made our move much easier and stress-free. They arrived on time and took good care of all of our stuff. We had nothing to complain about. We were very pleased to work with them and will use their services again.

The moving staff worked fast and were professional; on time, good communication, no items stolen, no items broken, all items carefully wrapped. The price I was quoted was what I paid. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will most definitely use them again.

Patrick, Rob and Pedro moved me and it was AMAZING. They communicated great with us prior to arrival and then showed up promptly at the arranged time. I really appreciated 3 movers coming, seems like it is more difficult with only 2 but having 3 movers really stream lined the process! They were VERY nice and professional the entire time and took time getting everything off of the truck. They were respectful, polite and easy going - which I loved. They made sure I was comfortable and made sure to do their best to stick to their quoted time. They all exceeded my expectations and made moving super easy, stress free. I will recommend them to my friends, family, and think of them for any future moves.

They arrived at the beginning of the window and did not waste any time. They got to work and were careful with my belongings. They took great care when they arrived at my new home making sure not to scratch the hard wood floors and placing items carefully where I wanted them. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. So much appreciated. Will definitely use them again!

We called on this team to move from a house to condo in Toronto. They were on time and completed everything perfectly. Very professional and time efficient. Price is affordable with great service. I'd definitely use them in the future for another move.

My driver was Omar. He was brilliant in keeping me updated from when he picked up my items until he delivered. The movers ararnged storage with absolute no hassle and great patience. They were a thorough professional and handled all items with care.

Absolutely fantastic service. Moved us from London to Brantford. Team were professional, friendly, efficient and fast. Their pricing was really competitive but with no compromise on quality and service. Very strongly recommended.

I was super impressed by the level of communication -- going through my inventory list my customer service rep was engaging and empathetic. The movers were courteous, professional team that went above and beyond. They kept in touch leading up to moving day and answered all our questions throughout the process. They were very careful and kind the whole time. I really enjoyed how easy and straight forward they were! No hidden fees or hassles with payment. I am so thankful that they helped me move because they were the best. I would highly recommend them!

This company and the crew of guys did a great job moving my 5 bedroom home! We worked with Alexander, Davis, Jamal, and a 4th man whose name we didn't catch but they were all so helpful, so fast and efficient, and great value! They were on time, wrapped everything, used blankets and asked where to put everything. Disassembly and assembly in the new home with no problems. Good price considering what they did. They staffed with enough guys to get the job done without taking hours and hours which would costs us a ton.
