The Getmover team showed up on time, and efficiently loaded my PODS. They took the time to load it in a way that would minimize shifting during transport, and took excellent care of my belongings. They were flexible and willing to help with some furniture disassembly and packing, and did a great job. Professional group. You couldn't get a better value or service elsewhere. Would recommend.

The customer service is very poor. Our move was subcontracted to another moving company. Our movers were late by several hours. In the end we found out that one of the crew members hurt their hand, but it took a few hours before we were even informed. In the end, 2 of the 3 movers showed up. They didn't have proper shoes and they used our tools. With the little that they did do, they managed to damage my door casing. I agreed with the office before they arrived that I would only pay for the 1 hour that they were needed (we did the moving ourselves until they arrived, and I was contemplating cancelling it altogether). I made the mistake of paying for a crew of 3 when only 2 showed up. When I requested a credit for the difference, I was told that someone would get back to me within a week or two. No one got back to me. I had to follow-up several times, and in the beginning they didn't even respond. Finally, after 3 weeks, they told me that they were unwilling to provide a credit since they already agreed to only charge us for 1 hour. It was a very unpleasant situation. The people on the phone were respectful, but completely unhelpful throughout the process. I recommend you work with a smaller company where you aren't treated like a number among many customers. I wouldn't hire Get Movers if I were you.

Scott and David were super great moving us to our new condo in Mississauga! They showed up on time and got my heavy furniture moved quickly. They helped me move my heavy furniture from two different places in Oakville and Burlington. They both made sure the furniture with glass was extra taken care of. They were energetic, moved at a good pace and a general joy to be around. Everything went smooth, and they made my move so much less stressful. They came highly recommended and I see why

I moved from a 3rd floor walk up to another 3rd floor apartment. They were punctual and very honest about rates. Each of the crew members was courteous, professional, and efficient with their time. Plus they made sure to check with me on the placement of furniture and other items. Set up was easy, as they asked me a few questions to get the gist for the job, but didn't ask me 15-20 questions like other companies did. Time is very important to me with a hectic schedule. I won't be moving again for a long time, but, if I do, I will definitely use get movers. Thank you

David and Ben delivered a couch from the furniture store to my place. My wife and I tried to move it ourselves... yeah, not happening. They were on time and very professional. They wrapped the couch so carefully and made sure everything was protect so it didn't brake. They also verified that everything was correct before they left and placed the furniture right where I wanted it. I'm very happy with the service that I received. Would definitely use this company again!

Last week I had the pleasure of having Zack, Kevin and Matt help me move from Edmonton AB to Vancouver BC. They came prepared! They made a very difficult task a pleasant one. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were incredibly efficient, and all of my stuff was packed with so much care. Pricing was fair and communication and promptness were appreciated. We don't plan on moving again but if we do... we know who to call. Thanks fellas!

We have used them 3 different times this year. Each time they did an outstanding job. They are fast, careful, and work really hard. Pianos - no problem, heavy equipment - no problems. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and his team at Getmovers in Montreal. They are so good at their job. On time, communicative and super reliable. Our move could not have been more smooth if it wasn't for them. Ended up being a long day with all the stairs for three locations, but they had great energy. Great job, highly recommend. The Team was super efficient and not only on time but earlier! The job was meant to take 6 hours and only took 4 hours - I could not of been more impressed! Easy to deal with and handled everything well. No issues. Will recommend to everyone!

It's incredibly hard to find removalists that actually care about what they do and did the job in a very professional manner. More importantly, I did not feel like they were bothered with the stairs as we didn't have elevator. The service was seamless and professional.
I'm so glad that I found these guys for the job and will definitely call them again when we need to move again.

Showed up on time. Did the move without any fuss. Friendly team. They took care of the items they moved and I was also pleased that they took care of their own safety wearing masks and gloves the entire time. They worked quickly and efficiently. Nothing got broken or lost. They replied to all communication promptly, delivered the service they quoted for and followed up with everything. I will definitely use them again!

They handled a very complicated move across town. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff! Moved everything to the 5th floor apartment helping disassemble and reassemble some furniture to get it through an awkward hallway. They will definitely be the only movers we use in London, ON from now on.

They were so EXTREMELY helpful on such short notice! They were on-time took apart our beds and reassembled at the new place. They were highly communicative during the move and thoughtful of my belongings. They were wonderful to work with. If you are looking for great movers in Ontario, I place my bets on these guys!

Moved my mother from one apartment to another in Downtown Toronto. Right on time. Work really hard. They got everything done in three hours. I will tell my friend to definitely use your services. Give them a call for all your moving needs.

Had very good, prompt communication from both the office and the moving crew. Unbelievably fast and super nice to spend the day with :) I hate moving, but I would absolutely use them again.

Our team moved us from Kingston to Mississauga, and were fast, prompt, very professional without any hassle. They were patient with all our heavy boxes and large furniture, took the time to be careful. Meticulously wrapped all our furniture and appliances. The cost was affordable without hiden fees. I had the best professional movers I have ever had, that's why I'm writing this review. They got the job done ASAP and were careful with all my possessions and friendly. The team did a superb job of packing up our home and storage unit and moving it to our new townhouse in Vaughan. Would definitely use this service again! You have a new loyal customer.
