I had a special request for the delivery time, and they accomodated it without any issues. Very convenient.

The receiver did not know who the sender was as my name was not mentioned on the bouquet card or on the chocolate box. I had to ask my friend if she received it.

I sincerely suggest that no one orders from this website.

I had placed an order for the cake to be delivered in the USA on 14.11.2022 for my niece's birthday to be delivered on 15.11.2022. I got a confirmation on email for the same. The cake was not delivered and there was no intimation for non-delivery either by email or through message. I lodged a complaint online through their website, still no response. Then I called customer care on 18.11.2022 and it was informed that it could not be delivered and they will refund the money in 5 working days. I asked the reason for non-delivery but the girl at customer care was clueless and couldn't respond to it.

I have never faced such an issue with any service provider. This Company has absolutely no care for customers' feelings and is running a sham business GiftaLove.

Had I never called and taken the follow-up, they would have never responded.

I seriously advise people to never order anything from this COmpany website.

Don't buy from this site. Very misleading. Products wont match the image, even a few items missing.
I ordered from Friends section for a friend and they sent the card and box for Rakhi occasion. Their customer service is worse. No replies to mails, nobody receives calls.

You can see clear difference in both the cakes in image. Dont waste money, it doesnt worth to pay 800 rs for this normal cake.

Gifalove provide excellent service. The team work is very proffessional. There are many gifts to purchase for all occassions.
