I bought gift cards from GC zen and planned on using them immediately, but ended up holding them for ~6 months until I went shopping at Eddie Bauer again. However, when I tried to use them I was told there was no value on the cards. When I contacted GC Zen, I was told they couldn't help me because the purchase was more than 100 days ago. This is clearly a scam where I was sold something without value on it, but could not get a refund. Buyer Beware!

Cards were provided at a significant (but realizable) discount & shipped quickly; a small number of high-value ($200+) cards proved problematic & were refunded.

I sold Giftcard Zen seven $50 gift cards electronically on May 6th for $295. On the morning of May 7th, all balances were drained to $0. They then refused to pay bc... the balances were $0. I still have the physical cards and no one but Giftcard Zen had access to the card numbers and pins, which someone their used to make online purchases with my money. They took no responsibility for the theft. I lost everything. They claim to value trust, accountability, and transparency. But they only value profit at the consumers expense. And if they got hacked, that is their responsibility, not mine. Check out their FB page reviews. They are oblivious, at best, and criminals, at worst. Beware.

I use several gift card sites, some I like, there is one that I will never use again (never even got my gift card) and this one, Giftcard Zen, was amazing so far on my first transaction. I ordered, got a confirmation email, and an email with my gift card link all 3 emails time-stamped the exact same minute. That was the fastest I have ever received a gift card that I purchased online or thru an app. Will definitely buy from Zen again!:-) Thank you!

Be careful with them, I Purchased three gift cards for TGI friday (ranging $13~$50 each) from them in 10/2016. Out of 3 gift cards, 2 of them had 0.00$ balance. $13 card had full balance on it.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY? They refuse resolve the matter stating it was beyond 100 days. I discovered from TGI Friday customer service that these cards were used prior to my purchase, in essence I was sold dummy cards.

I am going back to other trustworthy vendors.

I have been buying gift cards from this company since Mar 2015, the physical card always arrive in three business days in package which I can track online. All gift cards I brought worked except 2 Apple Store cards, which this company issued refund right away. I have brought many gift cards from more than 7 gift card consolidate company. They are the best company to do business with, I rather pay a little more knowing my order will arrive on time.

This company has issues with it's security software and they do not have the technical knowledge or expertise to address any issues that may come up. I've made several attempts to speak with someone who understands how the software works but they are clueless. Don't risk getting caught up in a software glitch when there is no one there that understands or knows how to fix it. Too many other reputable sites that you can use without risking the problems at Zen.

I have dabbled with several gift card retailers over the past two years and I am pleased to report that Giftcard Zen is the one I go to. Only once I had an issue where the remaining balance on an e-gift card was no longer available to use. I sent an email to Giftcard Zen and within 24hrs they replied saying they were going to refund the balance to me. Now that is customer service! I understand that this can happen because you need to realize they are buying gift cards from the public and reselling them. I always purchase e-gift cards from them and get them immediately!
I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them! Thanks GCZen!

I have used your services for awhile now and you are definitely my favorite site for discounted gift cards.

How your site is better than others:

1) Printable gift cards are usually always available to use within a minute of placing order. I LOVE THIS! Some days I am ready to leave for a store and can simply buy and print out a gift card right away before going shopping. Other sites simply can't beat this speed.

2) Your clean and simple site navigation. I love the way your site has all the gift cards displayed nice and big in alphabetical order with percentages clearly listed, as well as a useful search bar and filter options. Other sites have way smaller displays and less sleek layouts.

3) I've dealt with your customer service in the past and they were always very helpful. Whether it was confirming my identity and purchase, canceling an order for whatever reason, or asking a question, I always got the help I needed in a short period of time.

I absolutely love your site and share about it with all my friends and family. They love it too! Stay amazing Giftcard Zen!

I tried several gift card resellers and had hard time verifying my identity by asking what county I was living 10 years ago. (I'm was military and moved so many times I can't even remember all town names I lived in) Other card places like cardpool.com took days to deliver online code….

BUT with giftcardZEN, verification was realistic, quick. Checkout process simple and online gift card was delivered in minutes to my email. All cards had amount as advertised. I see no reason to buy from others.

Only glitch I had is when I used credit card to checkout and was getting error messages, had to use paypal account. BUT paypal option on their website doesn't allow to change paypal payment type from bank account to credit card.

I SOLD giftcard zen two target giftcards worth $3200. 00 on 1/25/15. I must say that the whole experience was pleasant and professional. After doing extensive research on other vendors I decided on giftcard zen as my best bet – this turned out to be a very good decision. After I contacted them about my $3200 target gc it took them 2-3 days to decide if they were going to accept them. They finally said yes. I sent them the gcs to the address provided and was periodically updated via email on the progress. I was issued a payout of a full 90% on the value in about 10 days … I am so grateful to them. Even ebay charges 12.9% (10 plus 2.9%) just on final value fees for any gift card sold - so a full FACE VALUE gc on ebay will only net 87.1% (plus big hassle). The guys at giftcard zen were very courteous and professional. And I'd like the thank them very much for the very generous payout.
