If there is any negative review comment then I would like to give the same.
1. I have ordered for 10 lantern, you have delivered only 1, that too with hole (ruined my motive for this gift) -- on top of that for refund, I had to call for almost 20 times.
2. Ganpathi gift was also defective(It was bend).
3. I have paid extra for midnight delivery but it was delivered by 11.30 only
4. Flower Bouquet was also not as per the picture given on website
5. I have asked to include note for Ganpathi and Lantern gift but it was given only for Ganapathi, other one was eaten by giftjaipur i guess. And the note was in a very bad handwriting.
I would never ever order anything from your site, neither I will recommend anyone, after such a awful experience.
It was PATHETIC as per my experience and Also for my issues I called customer centre people but they are sleep walking or just do not want to help. They just ask for details many time and promises that it will be done you will get call/email but nothing happens then I had to call again and again and again.

The cake is really good from Giftjaipur. They have so delicious cakes which come in different themes like cricket pitch, iphone shaped... also deliver the order on time... good taste. Every-time.
I had ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother. Flowers delivered fresh and thoroughly enjoyed by my mother. They have an amazingly helpful and pleasant customer service staff.
If you are expecting a nice bouquet to arrive on time, Giftjaipur is the best option.One of my best online experiences. I must say they have excellent service and they do everything to make their customers happy.

"Pathetic Service & Pathetic Experience every faced in my life"
First of all, team members of GIFT JAIPUR are pathetic, they are customer care executive but they want repeatative reminders for replying. As you can see in the pic, there is lot of difference in Design of cake what they have shown in website & what actually given by them, but they are saying its not our fault we have clearly mentioned in the website that the cake may be differ, so basically no guarantee. The most important if someone sent gift to someone is the MESSAGE, i have order a cake and has also requested this people to add a particular message kind of HAPPY BIRTHDAY (along-with it also entered the required msg at the time of booking the order), but as you can see there is no message at all in the cake given by them, for this, they are saying now, its again not our fault its the vendor fault who made the cake, such a irresponsible answer they give. They are the middlemen between the vendor & the customer, and after service they are simply blaming the vendor. Also the sender name was also no there, the recipient does not know even after delivery that i have given this cake, such a pathetic service, NO SENDER NAME was mentioned on the product. Even order also not delivered on time approx. 2 hours late, also as communicated with RINKI earlier, she asked me the zip code of location and she said we dont charge any delivery charges and at the time of order they said you have to give 200rs extra as a travelling expense.

After complaining all about this, they are simply saying its not our fault, we cant do anything now.
I must have given 0 rating, but i giving 1 as i don't have any option, if i want to post the minimum rating i can give is 1, which is compulsory.
Also, i am enclosing the chat history of their so called lazy & irresponsible customer care executives. The first name come to my mind is RINKI, JATIN, SUNNY and many. They take so much time to reply a single query, unfortunately the time is not showing in that chat format.
Request you all viewers to read this chat once before making an order.
