I was met with wall after wall dealing with global rose last time I ordered. It was for a close friend's birthday and they love a specific flower that unfortunately, global rose was out of yet kept available on website. Without any kind of confirmation an alternative (which wasn't even similar in color to the one previously picked) was already shipped and on the way! I understand how this can seem like a good thing to some, but for those of us who care about the money we spend in this horrible economy and government we have in america, I care about being the stuff I choose to spend money on being right. I care about my friends and I care about the flowers being right. I see there's a new rule for refunds and how global rose can't be held accountable if orders deliver a day later than promised. I wish this company wasn't going downhill due to either new management or maybe keeping people that need to go. I had to quite literally argue with these people to get my money back after being ignored for 3 days straight.

This is the first time I've have been disappointed in my roses from Global Rose. Flowers arrived a day late. Twelve out of 50 had bent stems near the flowers and could not be recovered.

I ordered 2 bunches for roses (25 each). The Sugardoll (white) roses bloomed beautifully; however, the Freedom (red) roses never opened at all. I have ordered from Global Rose about a dozen times over the last several years. I live in AZ so I normally do not order during the summer. I am familiar with how to care for the roses when they arrive to my door. But sadly, my 25 red roses did not bloom.

The roses were a gift for my party. They arrived on time and party was December 17th for my party on the 20th and they were beautiful, 2 of the white roses had broken stems. No problem when there are four dozen roses and placed them in a small vase for the bedroom and cut a few red to keep them company. They were absolutely beautiful for the party just opened up.

My sisters and I order a 12 month subscription of 50 roses every year for our mother. They arrive fresh and beautiful and she loves the variety. Once we had an issue and it was quickly resolved.

There is no way to order assorted in the specialty roses. The shipping info overwrites the billing info. Your prices have gone up a lot since last year
I have a monthly Carnation subscription with you I received my December box of carnations yesterday hoping that there would be Christmas colored carnations in the box but instead there were pinks and yellows so I have to come back and Order the Christmas color carnations now and hope that I get them by December 22nd

In 2024, I had sa customer service person help me pick the type and quantity of flowers for my son's wedding. The flowers we chose were gorgeous & long lived. I wish Global Rose had been around back when I was getting married. But at least I have them now.
I couldn't place the order cause you have so many boxes, pop ups, announcements on the page blocking the areas where we have to enter the information. A Global Rose box vertically blocking the left side, a tiny black man under and many chat pop ups just to say you're closed at night! Clean up the page cause I was so frustrated for having to enter the info many times K almost didn't order anything
