Though the price was great compared to other sites, I would have paid more to have the part sooner. It took over two weeks to arrive and was only two states away!
No have any problem the mirror has been received in time
Ordered two parts, first one came in days with shipping info. Both were supposedly shipped together. Second never arrived. After two calls to Cust. Svc over several days and being busy with other issues... two weeks later the other part arrived. Despite requesting email notice of shipping for 2nd part (twice), it just arrived on the doorstep one day. I will purchase elsewhere next time.

I ordered a condenser cooling fan and the site just said order processing, no confirmation. I called and got voicemail, left message, no response, I filled out a form to request callback, no response. I didn't know if part was ordered or not so I ordered the part elsewhere. Next, I get an email that order from go parts was shipped. I went through the same routine trying to get in touch with go parts, no response. I filled out return form and sent, no response.
The replacement headlight I got for my Dakota was reasonably priced, fit properly and works great. I will soon be buying one for the other side.
The part was exactly as described, arrived in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced! I will definitely be coming back for future part needs!
