Great company. I've been buying products from J&P for many years now. They are always helpful when you need to verify the parts you're are ordering. Delivery is always on time or better.

Living out in the country where the great ride roads are if we need or want tires, parts, upgrades or accessories JP Cycles is one of the first places we look.

I like how you kept my information handy even O haven't brought anything for years. It made the shopping very convenient and easy!

The order arrived in two parcels a day after the first delivery, i got a little worried when the first parcel was opened and half the order was not there.But after checking the invoice and refering to the tracking I knew it was all sent, but in two parcels.Thanks again guys your despatch team is on the ball.

I ordered a wheel with a 2" rim and received one with a 3" rim. I sent it back and ordered another this time with stainless spokes and received another 3" rim. The packing said 2" rim. I returned it to Fed Ex today.

Just received my product in great shape. Have not installed the part yet. Only one gripe concerning delivery time. Took a long time to get from Kentucky to Birmingham. I hope the delay was due to the season. USPS is terrible with service.

Came on here to just grab some stuff my dad and son wanted for Christmas. The website was super easy to use and find what I was looking for. Check out was also super easy, they kept me updated with emails and they even email a confirmation of delivery email to make sure you received your ordered product! Product itself it's nice and was delivered what I feel like was super fast, definitely quicker than I expected!

Everything that took place ordering g went very smoothly, and I got a good deal on a seat that was returned before. But, when I got the seat it was not the fitment for my softail either. So now I have to pay for shipping to get it back to jp cycles in order to get my refund posted to me. So it should not be sold again due to not properly fitment issues. Thanks, Ray Eyth

Overall it was the best decision and experience with the product as well as the company. Was very easy and fast installation got my 1922 Harley Davidson up to date with LED lighting.

First, I feel that the part I ordered SHOULD have been stocked in the store. I found it odd that it was not. The part shipped quickly, but DID take an extra day, for some reason. When the package was delivered, it was beat to $#*!. Luckily, the product was not damaged. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Very quick shipping. Received 2 days after ordering. Package securely packed. Easy install and perfect fit. You can really hear this thing sucking in air. Instantly felt a difference. The tone of the stock exhaust changed as well. Little deeper than before. No tune seems to be running great

Well I had a problem with FedEx and j&p cycle came through and still made sure to get in my product even though I didn't receive the first tire thank you J@p

I was able to buy the same product on Amazon for less money and get delivery in five days instead of two weeks. I just received it yesterday from you and I sent it back for a refund.

It was over all pretty good. I just dont know that I like the product or brand. The ones I took off look like hardened steal.

Not much of a relocation kit. Pushed the floor boards so far out my wife could not use them. Took the $100.00+ blocks off tossed them in the trash and went a different route. She is good to go now! Not a cheap lesson, oh well live and learn..

When I began looking for a sleek, low profile seat for my '96 Fat Boy, the Saddlemen Profiler showed up on J&P Cycles' website. I did have a question regarding this seat that was quickly answered through J&P Cycles' online chat. After placing the order, the seat arrived in just a couple of days. I have another Saddlemen seat for this bike that is more "passenger friendly" but this seat is exactly the look I was hoping for when riding solo. This is also the easiest seat to fit to this bike! A+++ service and product from J&P Cycles!

I don't understand why J&P Cycles would stop shipping to Guam. I also don't understand why businesses in the Continental United states treat Guam as an International Country.
Guam is a territory of the United states. Guam is a Major military hub for the United states. People born on Guam are Naturalized US Citizens. I don't comprehend how we can be an International Country.

I love these grips first because they are VANS waffle grips from the waffle soles of the shoes and because they are not overly thick and fat to grip. The grip is amazingly nice and grippy. I absolutely love them and the black and gum colors are the best looking. 🤙🏼

I mainly only shop a couple sites when it comes to my ATV or Motorcycle and JP has been a solid one for a while. Highly recommend the RPM membership too if you shop often.
