When I found out my ordered GoKeyless locks were not going to work for my outdoor gates before they arrived, I was able to speak directly to Zach at returns who informed me to just have the delivery driver ship them back. That was very helpful and saved me time and shipping cost as well.

I called into GoKeyless after days and days of searching online for the right keyless door solution for my small business. I spoke to Don Kleiner and was immediately introduced to the right products in a reasonable price range. He talked me through the pros and cons of each, what I needed (and what I did not need), and some install information. He was patient, thorough, and answered all my questions. While I haven't received the product yet I am confident in the purchase and Don offered to provide additional answers or support as needed. I wish I'd have started my search here - I would have saved days of searching for a solution on my own.

GoKeyless sold us a product, sent us the wrong product, then we could not get a hold of anyone by phone nor by email. Finally got a person and they sent us new locks and a RMA to send others back. We ended up sending 5 out of 8 locks back and don't want the 3 we have. They then charged us a restocking fee and won't take the other locks back. Only two work and only one out of the 2 is the correct product. Our sales person Craig Auberger never called us back after you leave them messages (Craig Auberger). The whole thing has been a nightmare from the get go. Would never do business with them again and our little adventure still isn't resolve it's bee almost a year now.
I just wanted to confirm three questions before ordering online. When Mike popped up on chat I asked if we could talk by phone and he called me in one minute. Honest answers and knew the product very well.

Website was very difficult to use, I couldn't change my order quantity, etc. I used the Chat bot and Jason hopped on and helped me significantly - helped me get my order processed & out the door. He then took the time to answer a few questions & I let him know that Amazon was using their part number to mislead people into ordering a similar, but vastly inferior product. Would not have been able to get this order done without Jason's help!
These locks allow us to manage our motel from a distance. The service with Greg, Drew and especially Victoria was great and thoughtful.

Made me feel like my transaction was as important to them as it was important to me. It was a good feeling to be treated as an adult and with respect. And they had no quota on stupid questions. Today, 7/29/2020, was by far one of the best customer service calls I have experienced in my years of conducting business. Our business is new to the world of keyless locks and we are having to learn as we go. Upon installing one of the locks, it was time to program. After programming the lock in the software I was ready to transfer from my computer to the DTM but ran into a MAJOR problem, a missing AL-PCI2-U cable. I was having a hard time getting to where I needed to be in customer service and had started to get discouraged. Enter James Pickens! I explained my problem to James and expressed my concerns. He promised before we got off the phone we would definitely have my issues resolved. With a few clicks of the mouse, James was in my account and identified the problem. There had been an oversight when our locks had been originally configured. The oversight was quickly resolved by James sending me the cable I needed to complete our project. The cable should be here tomorrow. As a small business, often we are overlooked by bigger companies for those companies who can make much larger purchases. James made me feel like we mattered! I told James what it meant to me and our business to have such wonderful customer service. GoKeyless should be proud and thankful to have him as an employee. If we lived closer I would throw one of our good ole crawfish boils for what he did for us! GoKeyless, you are truly blessed to have James Pickens as an employee!

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
