The absolute WORST!
Made an appt for acne. Explained my previous issues and advised what had worked in the past. After never even speaking to me to discuss or gain clarity, I was prescribed a milder version of what I advised I had taken before (antibiotic) along with the weakest version of a BP cleanser and acne gel. Neither are as effective as over the counter meds. I messaged the team complaining the meds were not working. At first I was advised to just use it longer which was a complete waste of time as my acne was too aggressive for the prescribed meds, I was offered another acne cream (after complaining twice). I agreed and then Jen in escalations completely ignored my reply. No one from that team ever responded back. That was Nov 5th, today is 12/6. Here are the names of all involved:

Every single person above failed me. Miserably. From beginning to end. Please do not waste your time with this service.
I love GoodRx! When I have refills due I bring up my medication like it is like gas prices. I switch local pharmacies all the time for best price. I just call the cheapest pharmacy and tell them the medication and where it is. Then they do all the work getting it faxed over to them takes up to 48 hours to get filled but well worth the wait when saving money. Meijer actually now goes ahead and does the goodrx price before I even come in and checks it with my insurance with medicare to make sure it is cheaper and goodrx wins everytime. I just have the coupon text to phone and they scan it off my phone also. If I texted myself two days ago I double check before going in I am still getting the best price. I used goodrx for a UTI. Because it was my third within a year they would not prescribe an antibiotic but the Dr asked me questions I had already filled out and with it taking hours in between to respond, it was a complete waste of my time. Obviously, male Dr who obviously isn't aware of or considerate that it's not unheard of to get recurrent utis as a woman made the decision. Find an online place that doesn't treat you like you're drug seeking or something for a simple antibiotic. Maybe I just got a really bad Dr but my experience was terrible today. Oh and also he wanted me to send him another selfie which was bizarre and no reason for it.

I have cancelled the subscription several times and they are still trying to take money from me. I have sent an email and called but it's still going on. They are just going to bully me and take my money. Don't subscribe find another company, because these guys are legal scammers.

I was picking up my prescriptions at HEB pharmacy and one of them was about $140 for a 90 day supply of a Beta Blocker that I take. So I asked the pharmacist how much on GoodRx and he said it was $40 something. I figure I saved about 70%-75% just for asking. This is the 2nd time I have saved on this same prescription.

According to Goodrx, my entresto should only have a copay of very small amount each month (their most recent check was in 2020) have AARP advantage and now past donut hole and copay over $100. But you can't question them about this or report as they give a run around that their prices are accurate mostly. The key word here is "mostly"... thus the one star rating

I NEVER get the price quoted on my GoodRx app at my local CVS pharmacy. I'm a cancer patient and my funds are very limited with having to survive off of one income! So yes from $200 to $40 is AMAZING but when it's quoted to be less than $15 and then you go to pick up your needed medicine it's a bit harder on an already almost empty pocket

Had a very bad experience. It took me 45 minutes to fill out their application and medical workup to get generic Viagra. I also had to upload two pictures. Walmart referred me to them. I have very few medical conditions just pretty much a thyroid condition that I've been taking for 15 years. I've taken this medication before but after over an hour their answer was they don't feel comfortable in writing a script. What a bunch of liars and a bunch of bologna and just a waste of my time. They charge you money credit card and I've asked for them to return that money to my credit card or I will dispute the charge. I wouldn't waste my time in the hopes of having them get a script sent over to Walmart. I don't even think the qualified to do it. I'm going to create a better Business bureau case from it. They have 110 complaints with the better Business bureau mine will be 111. Also check out chess pilot with them as there are many one-star reviews. I wish I would have come to site jobber and trust pilot before I wasted my time with them

I tried 3 times to use a good RX coupon at Rite Aid because my Primary physician told me that the medication tat I need, which my insurance won't pay for, would be only $36.68 with the coupon instead of $300. But the Rite Aid pharmacist said he 'ran' the coupon several times and each time GoodRx would not honor it. He got a new one but it still would not give me the discount that it claimed it would give me. He said this is not unusual, it happens all the time and he hates disappointing their customers but you can't trust in Good RX coupons to work. I cannot give 'proof of purchase' for this review because i could not afford to purchase the medication

My first time using GoodRx. My insurance said my Tdap injection is free but each pharmacy charges an injection administering fee that various. So I searched the web, saw GoodRx provided the charges for all pharmacies near by. I selected the one which is cheapest (Bartell Drugs/ Rite-Add) and printed the coupon out and took it to Bartell Drugs to get the injection. I was very disappointed that the coupon was not accepted there. If I knew the coupon was no good then I would go to my regular pharmacy (Costco) for the injection.

I have been using the Gold RX family plan which has really made a big difference in our families financial budget. Now Gold RX has added features in order to up the price of the membership. I don't use and will not use the new features. My family only uses the prescription portion of Gold RX and I feel as though Gold RX executive team did not think this change all the way through and should have given customers the option to either stay on the $9.99 Family Gold prescription plan or pay $20 for the other services. This cookie cutter price hike is not helpful to my family that need the savings for the prescriptions only but being forced to either pay an extra $10 for services I will never use. Now the EpiPen I need for my son is $300 but it was only $80 with the family gold plan. This cookie cutter price hike is the worst change Gold RX could have made. Not everyone (my family) is benefiting from this change. The free version is not cost effective for the prescriptions we actually need.
Please give the customers that keeps Gold Rx in business and the CEO getting richer by the day the option to choose the membership they want to use that is cost effective.

Quick, convenient, easy! I was stressed out because I needed my birth control pills. I did not have time to set up a doctors appointment (currently just moved states and started a new job) nor did I have my new insurance cards yet. I filled out a quick questionnaire online and it was followed by a call from a Nurse Practitioner. The NP verified who I was and filled out my prescription. Recently I stumbled across Good Rx while searching for a holistic approach to treat a UTI I presumed I had. I become a Gold member and a practitioner walked me through the process and directed me to pick up a over the counter test at my local pharmacy which I had no idea there was such an over the counter test and the practitioner continued to assist me accordingly throughout the whole process. I had my Rx within a few hours and now my husband has signed up as a member as well. I feel like this company is misleading. I went to get treated for a UTI and the lady Monica asks me one question. I answered it and she said you have a kidney infection and go to Urgent Care. What? I spent my hardworking money to get seen to get medicine. And all I get is... go to urgent care. Well I wanted to go to Urgent Care I would have went there to begin with. This site is misleading they just take your money and refuse to do their job. Save your money and go else where.
