As a diabetic patient who has been taking common and safe medications for years, I was excited to try GoodRx prescription services.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite providing a comprehensive list of my medications and spending significant time explaining my situation, I was made to answer over 14 unnecessary questions and receive tens of emails via email and secret messages requiring additional logins. Even after two weeks, I still have not received my prescription.
While the service is priced at $19, the cost in terms of time and frustration was far higher. As someone with a medical background, the medications I require are among the most standard and safe, and the level of questioning and unnecessary complexity was beyond comprehension. I felt frustrated and disappointed, especially given my vulnerable state as a sick patient.
Overall, my experience with GoodRx prescription services was the worst I have ever encountered.
So, I would suggest that others consider their time and energy value before using this service.

Tried using GoodRX to get antibiotics for a UTI. Doctor agreed I needed antibiotics and gave me instructions to take them 2x a day for 5 days. I checked the script she wrote and it was only for 6 pills. I messaged back to tell her it was the wrong number of pills and got no response, naturally. They already had my money. Also, they will only send the prescription to a few pharmacies which is a huge hassle if you rely on public transit like I do. Now I have to go all the way across the city to pickup the incorrect number of antibiotic pills.
Update: I got a dismissive response from GoodRx saying that the directions say "3 days". Incorrect. And my infection did not clear up after 3 days of treatment. So now I'm out money, a trip to the pharmacy, and still have an infection. Thanks for nothing, GoodRx!

I used GoodRX one time in the past without a problem. Today I had an unexpired coupon that stated the price for my script and when I went to pay it was more. I called GoodRX and was told there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak with a supervisor and there was no supervisor available and someone would call me back shortly. I never received a call back. Disappointed in the service as the coupon price was not honored and no one called to follow up.
Update: GoodRX responded to my review and must have been thinking of a different customer. The pharmacy checked and the coupon was correct and matched all the script details. I was told by the GoodRX representative that sometimes the price can change even if the coupon is not expired. I think if the coupon is valid the price stated should be honored.

Went to Walmart and showed them the goodrx email I'd gotten for my rx for $12, which they noted in my rx record but they were out of stock, so come back tomorrow. I did and they were still out for another day, but they filled half the rx and charged me $20! More than double the price quoted! Pharmacist said they weren't obligated to pay the goodrx price. What?! Other pharmacies were listed but i told my dr the Walmart pharmacy because of the lower price. How are we expected to know which pharmacy is actually going to honor the goodrx price, while we're still in the drs office?! So now i have to deal with the hassle of somehow switching half of a rx to another pharmacy that will hopefully actually honor the price. But it's a crap shoot.

I would recommend Good Rx to anyone and everyone who needs medical help after hours of normal businesses. I would even choose this over most medical experiences during typical business hours to be honest. Quick. Easy. Affordable. Plus they checked in on me after which I didn't expect. I love that the staff is knowledgeable and caring. I wish I could give them more stars! I recommend be careful and pay attention when selecting how you rate your experience after your visit as I assumed it would show the ratings in ascending order not descending order and inadvertently clicked on the worst option where I had wanted to give them the best rating possible. I setup an appointment for a medication I have been prescribed by my primary health doctor in the past. Thought I could save myself a Dr visit. Explained my symptoms and within 30 seconds for a reply that I should just go to my primary physician. It was clearly a copy pasted message. After that got no response until the next day someone telling me they were sorry. Terrible experience, do not waste your time or money

Friday evening I tried to have an urgent care visit with GoodRX. I have a UTI, but am between docs. I gave them all my information and their web site told me my RX was sent to my pharmacy.
So today I called my pharmacy to have the RX delivered and they haven't got it! I have worked on this for six hours today! I have been in an endless loop of the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. It was just pathetic. They need to GTFO of healthcare!

Update: I had previously contacted Tango twice. Both times they said they never received an order from GoodRX to issue me points for a gift card. No one at GoodRX would help me with Tango. You would think that since this is the company you work with and they don't issue me a gift card, that someone at GoodRX would try and solve my problem. Tango represents you.
I had 29,500 reward points. When I turned them in GoodRX says I'll be receiving an email to help me get a gift card, Amazon card, etc. No response. Through their app I requested another email. No response, no reply. The same thing happened a month ago with my 2,500 points. I'm going to stop using GoodRX and start working with Single Care.

I made the mistake of creating a free account. I was sent an offer for a one time discount coupon (over their regular coupon price) for a med for $4.42 for up to 83 of them. NO WHERE ON THE COUPON did it say it was limited to 30 for that price. Called then at the pharmacy yesterday evening. Customer service said the price was $8.79 regardless of what the coupon said. I asked why the coupon was wrong then and got no answer.
Called customer service today who said that price is only for 30 pills which the coupon did not indicate. She stated ALL coupons say for how many. No they don't. My coupon didn't. I read her everything on my coupon. I read her the conditions attached to the coupon which says up through 83 pills. That customer service rep talked over me repeatedly and told me that the coupon is wrong, wouldn't listen to what I said and didn't care what I had taken photos of from my computer screen. I told this kind of behavior was unethical by the company.
If the $4.42 was only for 30 pills they clearly needed to indicate that! Photos of are my computer screen and no where does it say that price is only good for 30 pills. Of course I do wonder now how much money they will make selling my information. To protect my privacy I will be canceling my account after I have this settled (which I doubt will happen). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was not allowed to. I was told one will call me back. I doubt that will happen.

I made an appointment with GoodRx care and had an appointment with Ashley Calta. Ashley is the worst kind of nurse, where she completely ignored the information I provided and maliciously ended the meeting in blatant violation of NV law. She actively committed wire fraud and medical malpractice during the call and refused to prescribe the medication I needed as part of a routine refill after moving states. She acted with direct malice in making an inaccurate diagnosis to prevent me from receiving my medication. Ms. Calta is a horrible nurse and a horrible person. I would certainly not advise using GoodRx Care.

I checked GoodRx site on 12/20/22 for price on Dexilant for 90day supply and found price considerably cheaper then what my insurance charges —insurance cost 235$ Goodrx *******@tops pharmacy 150.05. I received coupon email and the pharmacist ran the coupon thru and cost was over 600.00 $$ on 12/22 with same GoodRx coupon. I called GoodRx to complain and was told their prices " fluctuate " day to day and they would not honor coupon—just a another scam!

Researched if medication was able to be prescribed. The classification was not listed as unable to prescribe. Company requires payment prior to any further information given. AFTER payment, provider refused refill based on company policy of requiring a picture of the prescription. This was NOT stated prior to payment. BBB complaint filed on behalf of unsuspecting patients not being informed of company policies PRIOR to payment.
