The site wouldn't accept my address so I contacted the company by email. They tried it from their end and found the same so made up an invoice and emailed it so I could get the goods I wanted

Im sorry that your order has taken a little while to organise. It's a very difficult time of year, as many of our suppliers are closed from Christmas through to mid Jan. We've finally got in contact with our supplier just this morning, and they have confirmed that the stock has just become available. We've ordered them and will dispatch to you asap.
Ive also checked with David, who has been contacting you regarding the issue, and he confirmed that he emailed you this morning with notification that the stock is now available. Sorry for the delay, and thanks for your patience.
Very good service, delivery took 5 days but this was a delay by Australia Post and no fault of supplier. Plants were very well packed so we're still in good condition.
