We love the striped chucky shirt for our baby girl she's ready for Halloween very good quality I'm pleased

I ordered my sons halloween costume 2 weeks ago and said it was in stock. After paying for my costumes I received an email the next day stating 1 of them is no longer in stock and what would U like to do? I replied Id like a refund... a week later I still haven't heard from anyone and the status is still pending which means 1 of them is still in wharehouse. I feel as though they stole money. This breaks my heart for my sons father passed away 2 months ago and I'm living now as a single mom with very little money. So for me to order 2 costumes at 65 dollars, really upsets me. Now there isnt time to order the costume he really trully wanted. I don't understand why its so hard to ship out what you got and refund the other costume. If I could give a rate of zero I would.

I ordered costumes for my kids in September with plenty of time to get them to me by Halloween called the company several times especially after the costume from sears ordered on the same day had already arrived. On October 17 I finally got the cancellation email that they had cancelled my order because they could no longer Guarantee my costumes to arrive by Halloween. 2 of my kids were extremely disappointed and had to be something they did not really want to be. I will never buy from this company again.

Ordered reindeer antlers from here due to the size of the antlers in the picture. When I received them they had the same picture attached to them but they were 1/4 of the size they showed on the site. When I contacted them for a refund they said they have a legal disclaimer stating that all costume manufacturers make minor changes to their costumes and accessories from time to time. Because of this they cannot guarantee items that you may purchase from this website will be exactly as pictured. In most cases however, the picture is accurate. SOUNDS LIKE A LOOPHOLE FOR THEM TO SEND YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT DESPITE WHAT YOU ORDER.

With a month to go before Halloween I ordered my daughters costume from this company. The website said they had the costume in stock and would confirm when it went out of the warehouse. After a week of no news I called the company. They said they did not actually have the costume but were expecting it in the next few days. I asked what would happen if it did not come in and she replied she would be "shocked". I followed up a few days later only to learn they still had not received shipment but that I would be notified when it went out. Imagine my "shock" when I received an e-mail a few days later saying they did not receive the costume and probably wouldn't. Now it is completely too late to find the costume elsewhere. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Liars!

Placed an order on a Friday but didn't receive my product until 10 days later. The shipping info boasted "4-6 days". When the order arrived well after the date I needed it I attempted to return it and was told "Our website says No Returns ALL OVER it". I returned to the site and the rude customer rep said I needed to click on the very small and hidden word "terms" in order to see their terms. THIS SITE IS VERY SNEAKY AND NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD. Now I'm stuck with $60.00 of a product that I cannot use. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY. BEWARE!
