Started taking crystals over a year ago. I knew they were good for me but didn't notice much difference in my pain. Then just recently, I upped the amount I was taking, and it has made a huge difference.
I was referred by a YouTube video and purchased this product. I am so far excited about the less shedding of my hair. Only been taking for 1 month. Also have the. Crystals for my dogs and noticed more pep in their step, especially my 11 yr old Pom. Recommend!
