Ordered an item with 2-4 day processing. After a week of no email or movement, called and left voicemail (no response). Had to send multiple emails and comment on social media before I get an automated response that the item was backordered then shifted to cancelled (which I find funny). No call, email NOTHING. I cancelled the card used and contact BBB. Very shady1
They have amazing customer service reps that have great knowledge of the product selection.
They give you a run around when it comes to refunding your money, but it didn't take them long to get the money out of my account. Also there warning label on the box that california says there is formaldahyde in the products. I don't want my grandchild to come near it.
