Per site- one day to process then 7-14 days of shipping. Ordered holiday themed shirts, so needed them on specific dates. On day four still in process status. Contacted customer service via chat, was advised items will be in warehouse within 9 days (an estimate) with same ship time frames. Offered discounts which do me no good for a need on two holidays. Items look great online, very disappointed in execution and communication. Won't be back.

On the surface they look good, 3-to-7-day shipping, good selection and fair pricing. Then you order, 10/21, you need something by Halloween. You order it in plenty of time, you think, a week goes by, then you get a delivery date of November 10. It's a waste of time to order anything from this company.

Trying to exchange is nearly impossible. They say you can. Then tell you it is out of stock. They won't let you exchange for a different item but first tell you that you can. They really want to force you into accepting a 50% refund and keep unusable item. I will never purchase again as the customer service was confusing as they would tell you something and then tell you no.

I had to return a shirt and only received 1/4 of my purchase price. They charge you high return shipping cost for returning an item. I received an email after I returned it and it states I will get back the full purchase price. It never stated I would be charged for the return shipping fee. I contacted customer service and they were rude and told me I was wrong and I wasn't getting anymore money out of them. Sad because we like the shirts but refuse to do business with a company that rips you off.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful/knowledgeable. Sizes vary with each item so try everything on. If they don't have your size in store they will order it for you and shipping is free.
I received teaser emails about 25% off next order but I did not see an opportunity to take advantage of the discount at checkout. When I brought this to their attention, they credited my account.

I wanted to create care packages for my essential employees working every day to keep our apartment communities open and our residents healthy and well. Brandon was SO awesome and shipped them quickly to me and I was able to put some very needed smiles on my teams faces! Product was exactly like stated on the website and I would order again and again!
Ordered 4 shirts, tried one and way to big. Requested return for the remaining 3 following the return policy. Received a shipping label and sent package. Package was returned with "insufficient address". Was told again to try to ship for return, Used provided address again, package returned a 2nd time for "insufficient address", extremely irritating to have to deal with the C rap.

My wife ordered 5 shirts for me. I really like these shirts, very comfortable, quite a few compliments, but, 1 of the shirts lost all of its buttons the 1ts time i washed them, one lost 3 buttons, and 2 had a few buttons that were literally only hanging from a thread. Its a bit annoying to have to get someone to replace buttons for me before i could wear
Them, my hands dont work well or i would have just done it myself. You should open a button section in your online store so we can buy replacements when our washing machines eat our buttons. I would buy random bright ones to have something unique on my shirt.

I bought 5 matching men's Hawaiian shirts for a family beach vacation. The price was reasonable, the design great. Shipping was quick, and because I bought 5, it hit the free shipping threshold.
The downside is the material. The men donned their shirts for an evening sunset cruise on the Gulf of Mexico, and though it wasn't an unusually warm evening, they couldn't wait to get them off. The material is not breathable at all. I asked one what it was made of, and he said "I think Ziplock bags". Yikes! All 5 shirts went directly into the trash after the boat ride. Very disappointing.
