I bought Howard Restor-A-Finish and Feed-N-Wax for some pieces of furniture that had scratches and worn spots on them. I had been recommended these products by Howard, but they weren't available locally, so I had to look for them online. The prices for them at Hardware World were very reasonable. I've used the Restor-A-Finish for mahogany and was amazed by the results! The Feed-N-Wax is made from beeswax, so I wasn't able to use it during the winter since this furniture is in a storage unit without any heat or electricity. I just need to figure out how to heat it up so that it will come out of the bottle. I'm hoping that my mahogany furniture will look even better once I apply it. My shopping experience with Hardware World was very enjoyable!
Product arrived swiftly and in perfect condition, got my fireplace installed intime for the winter storm. I've had problems with other websites, trying to get all the parts I needed for the new fireplace; wrong parts received, orders cancelled because they forgot they didn't have the part and Hardware World was wonderful, they had what they listed, and it showed up and on time and I will be ordering from them again.
There was a minor issue with my order going through, but it was resolved very quickly. I received the items as described and on time. They also had the best price for the item that I was looking for.
Had just what I was looking for, and the amount I needed. Received the hinges very fast. Second time I've ordered from them and will continue to do so.
They asked me to send pictures of personal info like ID or utility bills. This place is a scam, beware!

Looked several places to find the style of house numbers used in our condo complex. When I did find them they were crazy expensive. Came across Hardware World and not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but also had them at a very reasonable price. Needless to say I was quite happy as the search had taken quite some time.
I received the items in no time and have this site saved for the many items I am sure to need in the future.

I looked at all my local hardware stores and big box stores plus Amazon. No one had the Shulte brand shelf supports for my coated wire shelves. They are sturdier and slightly wider to fit my 35 year old closet shelving. Hardware World did- and I had them in 2 days. Very pleased.

If you don't mind waiting six months for your order and then them tell you that they had to cancel it then this is the place to shop. Can't talk to anybody on the phone unless they want to call you which is a red flag. Buyers beware.
I ordered a particular foam filler and they delivered it as spec and on time. Price was also below market value.
There is a charge for shipping but it can be offset with the purchase of multiple products or more quantities.
I would use them again without hesitation.

Call Hardware World, they never answer their phone. I have sent numerous emails to their customer
Service email with no responses from them. Is this a scam company? I just want my money back.

UPS didn't deliver our order due to an "address issue" (which was nonsense), but Hardware World kindly offered to ship our items again with no delivery fee.
