I needed some paint and accessories I could not find locally. Hardware World had me everything I needed in two days.
I had no problem with this order. Everything from the ordering to receiving my order was seamless.
We ordered the wrong penofin online and called customer service. The lady who took our call said the order had already been sent to the warehouse. She called the warehouse and cancelled the order and we placed one for the correct color of Penofin.
The first charge was returned to our credit csrd.
We received the order promptly as stated.

I couldn't find Penofin in the Yosemite color locally, so I searched online and found Hardware World. Their prices are actually cheaper than my local stores and it was at my door in 2 days.

I've always received what I've ordered from Hardware World. However, I have had several issues regarding credit card payment. I am unable to order using PayPal. The website never lets the transaction occur using PayPal. Also, I entered my CC info in May of 2022 and a week later my CC was hacked. Same thing happened again with my recent Jan 2023 order. I entered my CC info and a week later I had to get a new CC card from the bank. To be fair, I ordered in Sep 2022 and this did not occur.
Order process was very smooth and delivery was fast. Product received in good condition. Satisfied with my order.
