I had my order within a reasonable timeframe. Hooray! And I love the shirts. The only criticism I could give is that they arrived quite wrinkled, and those wrinkles were very hard to get out. But they're out now, and I'm enjoying wearing them now that the weather has warmed up!
There was a message about discounts that disappeared before I could read it. I think it didn't apply to me, but why have it time out? Let me dismiss it, for cryin' out loud!

Since my first order problem I took a chance and bought 5 new shirts. They all fit at XL. I get compliments on these shirts every time I wear them. So some how they are doing a much better job and the shirts are beautiful.
PS. After asking to return the clothes, I filed a dispute with my bank and wrote many truthful, negative reviews of this company. They then gave me a full refund and I donated the shirts to Goodwill. DO NOT BOTHER SENDING THEM BACK. YOU CAN'T RETURN THEM TO HONG KONG. If they just gave people the correct size they would probably be an ok company. Better to buy at your local store than go through this aggravation. UPDATED 7/25/2021 They have a nice website with lot's of nice designs of shirts but don't be fooled. I got 6 shirts after a 20 day delivery. The material was paper thin and not sure what it is. No label other than recommends dry cleaning. The shirts were too small and would not fit so I asked for a return label. Then I found out you can't return them. They start with a bargainer saying keep the shirts and we'll give you back 15,20 and then 25% each time you ask for a label to return them. They tell you that you have to pay for international delivery and possible custom charges. None of this is in there return policy on their website. I believe their good reviews are false as I have seen the same problem from others. I have filed a claim against them with the BBB and filed a dispute with my bank credit card. I expect to get nothing back and will have to give these shirts to the Goodwill. Don't get ripped off and buy from someone local. In the service address they list Hong Kong but the billing in Great Britain. Don't be fooled by their nice website and cheap shirts. Buyer beware.

All went well. The pattern and size were as ordered. The pattern on the left pocket matched the pattern on the shirt. If I had an issue with the size or color Hawalili made it right.

The scam is they offer 15,20, and then finally 25% cash back if you keep them because you are faced with international shipping fees, possible custom charges and many weeks without knowing if you will get your money back. First file a dispute with your credit card company and then the BBB. Help the next poor bait and switch victim.

Answer: I'm 6'3" and 265.3XL fits with room to spare. I wash all my clothes before wearing and these held up well with warm water and tumble dry. They do wrinkle easily, but the designs override any complaint there. I haven't tried ironing yet. I'm assuming very,very low heat.
