I can tell by tracking many reviews sites that CS is going downhill. 'Customer service' has deteriorated to the point where it us useless. I DO NOT want a couple'a Freebies to shut me up and hope I go away. I wasted so much time with this company. They never address the poor customer service -- just offer Freebies and discount coeds to try and make the problems go away. GREAT example of a company trying to milk every last dime with minimum reinvestment for customer service.

I spent $400 monthly here, but my recent order never came. Customer service has not helped, im now trying some other new platform called liteflake, they've already delivered TWO of my orders and my hellomood order still hasnt come! GOODBYE!

I was on a subscription service, first time no problem. Next time I noticed my order didnt ship, I checked and found my card had expired so I went to enter new dates on credit card, found I couldnt edit my own card, so I entered as a new card. A day went by and found order was delayed so I called customer service and was told they could not rerun card they had to cancel my subscription and I would have to re-enter my subscription and could pay with my new card, so I try this and it wont let me use the new card. Call again and find out that until the old card info is cancelled I cannot use the correct card. The service representative could not do this, only someone from management. After three phone calls I was supposed to have problem corrected. Next comes shipping, order was supposed to be delivered on Friday, then Sat, then Monday. At the end of Monday I called customer service again waited for 16 minutes and was then cut off with a message to call back later, they were busy. I know the pkg has been instate for 3 days. I now found they a third party is supposed to transfer to the post office for delivery. Last time I dealt with this setup it took 2 wks to be delivered. I guess thats what you get for free shipping. I believe IM DONE dealing with these people. Still dont know when it might be delivered.

Order included so-called complementary gummies.

Package received on 6/10/24, but only had the gummies. It DID NOT INCLUDE the Slurricane that I PAID FOR!

They are a bogus, sham company with a garbage operation.

I expect to be FULLY REFUNDED! It took nearly TWO WEEKS to get a 5 pack of gummies?! FOH!

We were spending $100+ every few weeks bc we loved the company and products. I have chronic illnesses and their gummies were fantastic. Customer service was great. Set up a subscription and everything.

Best part was reliable shipping/tracking. They say most customers receive orders in 3-5 days. We live super close to a warehouse, so we always got shipments in 4 days.

Then they changed shipping companies out of the blue. Now we're waiting on a new company that sent us a broken tracking link from the get go.

Still waiting on our $120+ that shipped NINE days ago and is still sitting in Hillside, IL after being shipped from Oklahoma. We live in North Texas.

Luckily we found a more reliable company with better product in person. We'll see if this other order ever gets here, but since it's been 9 days and it's still on the opposite side of the country, I won't hold my breath.

Mood, we had such a good thing going! Super disappointing. I've recommended this company to plenty of friends and no longer will.

This isn't what you're looking for, if you're looking for cannabis.
This looks and smells like cannabis, but it smokes (and the smoke tastes like) an herbal type smoking blend, and it has no effect. Total scam and rip-off. The two guys who own the company are not good people, clearly.

And will get you bombed, real products thst actually do their thing. Dont believe the nay sayers, this company is legit and will get you somewhere close to heaven.

They take way to long to kick in and then are way to strong! They made me sick! I really liked Pluto though.

I bought from Hello Mood with pretty high hopes but am very disappointed. I am a long time smoker and bought the flower and this is NOT anything I ever want again. I bought the Chill, Relief, Sleep and Focus strains. Focus tastes like straight mold and I threw it away. I don't even know what the other three are but they make me literally feel sick, and it does not burn down like regular green. I guess the closest I can compare this stuff to is Spice, it's def not the green I've known my whole life. Just don't do this. DON'T. That's my best advice.

I tried it and it's nowhere near what a dispensary can do. Needless to say I am definitely not a satisfied customer. Using their website I bought a popular strain and I wasn't happy with it. I googled how they are even able to ship thc through the mail anyway. Apparently, if it's in very low amounts nobody cares. Dispensary is still the way to go imo

After reading reviews I was freaking out I bought Gary Payton THCA flower and it was beautiful! I'm 48 been smoking since I was 15 and this is some of the better flower ive seen, expensive but better than u can probably get from your weed dealer and its Gary Payton

Got the 50 mg delta 8 didn't work, waited an hour to see if anything was gonna happen. Nope knew it was too good to work.

I am new to the vape and gummy community. I tried the gummies and after 40/45 minutes it snuck up on me I was floating out this world. I did take the whole gummy though so if you new maybe start with half like they say. But on to the vape, it's great I love it. I've tried a half dozen gummies from this bag, in various settings and times of day, fasting and with food, and have yet to have any actually be fast onset. I've never had one feel faster than 45 minutes, and an hour is typical. The high has also been mild to moderate, (imho) noticably less than the regular gummy from the standard product.

Despite this, and although I considered returning them for deviating from the advertised features, I have come to somewhat like these. They have two substantial silver linings.

One is that, perhaps because there are fewer drug milligrams to bind to receptors, this product gives me *much* less eye dryness, and significantly less body sensation tweaking, compared to the standard thc-9 gummy. My prioreceptor sense of my body is much less tilted on these: less subtle clumsiness, less tingle, and less pushing of the body into frequent conscious awareness. And yet still a mild to moderate degree of high. So, that friendlier character is a plus.

I have adjusted to use these as if they were half doses of regular gummy, either boosting the duration/depth of a regular thc8 or thc9 high, or serving as a more extended on/off ramp.

I probably won't rebuy these, versus trying either another cannaboid variant, or another form factor when these are eventually reformulated or reissued, but I do think the concepts of rapid action and water-soluability are attractive. This bag didn't quite seem to work out this time, for me, but I'd retry in the future. 3 out of 5. I can't give full marks for the issues encountered, but I like this company and it's products overall.

I'm not a pot smoker, so I don't know how effective this would be for someone who is used to taking THC in any form. I've had relentless insomnia for the last ten years (menopause and a lot of stressful life events). On a good night, I'd get 4 hours of sleep. Many nights I got no sleep. Sometimes multiple nights in a row.
I didn't want to take any of the addictive Rx meds for this. Benadryl and melatonin had lost effectiveness.
I tried this product out of desperation and I'm amazed at how well it works. I am now sleeping 7-9 hours EVERY night! Confirmed by my smartwatch. Not only sleeping, but getting more than an hour of REM, and 2-3 hours of deep sleep. Not waking up multiple times a night. I wake up feeling refreshed! My anxiety level has decreased, thanks to being fully rested. I feel a lot better, overall.
I recommend this product to anyone dealing with persistent insomnia.
My only wish is that I could buy it in a single flavor. None of them are terrible but I prefer the citrus flavors.

Avoid these crooks. They charge top dollar for crap. I paid 26.00 for a gram of crap smoke. They are rip-offs! They put me in a BAD mood.

The gummies are great. They are strong so if you new do take half. It takes about 40/45 minutes to hit. I did a whole gummy and I was still feeling it when I woke up lol. Very good and they taste good.
