I ordered two nightgowns at the beginning of October and now it's already December. When I asked why my package still hadn't arrived, I was told that my address "does not exist," even though I entered it correctly. They then assured me that they would resend my order. After that, they completely stopped responding to me. They also ignored my last message in which I asked them to either send the pajamas or issue a refund.
Please do not order anything from this company — they simply take your money and disappear.

My shopping experience is typically disappointing. My sizes are NEVER on sale. For a site that puports inclusivity - why are my sizes never the ones on sale!? I literally don't care about the color at this point - I just want to be able to buy bras that fit me well, don't show a bunch of seems, has an underwire to help me feel secure, and be on sale just as often as the standard sizes. Instead I am consistently paying $70-$120 per bra / never on sale. EDIT: Got a response from Wilma? Or Jacqueline? Who says they are a Reviews Coordinator? Who described my review as a 'false attack' on their site. Wilma or Jacqueline should probably be a different line of work because their whole comment back to me was so nasty. HerRoom might want to invest in folks who know what customer service looks like or consider contacting Site Jabber about unethical responses to real customer experiences. My experience described originally is not unique - sale announced, immediately visit website to browse sale, nothing available in my size. Those are facts, not false attacks. My description of my experience certainly does not warrant such an intense reply. What it does warrant is for me to cancel my latest order or plan to return it all immediately.

Rude customer service. Part of my return was denied for being dirty with pet hair and deodorant but I had showered before trying on garments and all the items were handled in the same manner yet only 2 out of the 5 items were "dirty/unreturnable" I could pay to ship them back to myself - bras that don't fit and are poor quality - or donate them and be out the money. They delayed the shipment almost a month and would not honor a discount that they offered me via email. Overall poor customer service and you should expect they will decline part of your return.

Hello Carol - The products we carry require care when being tried on if you are considering a return. All your returned items needed to be touched up before being returned to our inventory. Two of your items were beyond our dry-cleaning ability to be returned to new condition. When you placed your order you did not enter the discount code provided. We are not able to adjust an order's total once shipped. I hope this answers your question.

Disappointed with chat expert. Gave a generic response when I was looking for a high lift and support bra. Showed me a basic stretch bra from wacoal that I knew wouldn't offer much lift. I ended chat quickly. Hoping I did better based on "the fitting room" recommendations.

Not your fault.

I went online and reordered 2 items I had previously ordered years ago (38DD) and wanted them back again. I did not consider that I had lost weight (30 lbs) over the past 5-6 years and ordered (36D) so when they arrived they were a struggle to get on (body briefers). I returned them through the post office last week and feel like I need to be present to try things on in the future.

The garter belt is fantastic. My wife doesn't really like the thin waisted belts, preferring the wider ones. The thing about it is the garters hang lower which resulted in the stocking being lower on my wife's legs since she is short (5' 0"). Unfortunately, she didn't like how it fit her. However, this is not a knock on the garter belt at all.
