Once decided to buy different from white briefs and didn't have much time for a shopping, so I found hisroom. And totally satisfied with my purchase now. So many options to choose from.

Lofted it all questions clearly shown, in stock, right size available, great selection of colors, who could ask for more?

Been 3 weeks, have not received anything. Tried cancelling the order, they do not respond. Horrid company, do not use.

I guess the brand of clothing is no longer manufactured with the effort for quality as in the past

On time delivery and as ordered sleep ware very satisfied

I knew what I wanted and ordering was simple and I received my order promptly

The items I ordered took a few months to come in. Apparently back ordered. In the end I settled for getting the order sent without one of the items I ordered. I substituted another color for one that could not get stocked.

This item was ordered several months ago. It was out of stock. Annoying. When it finally got here it was navy blue and not black.

I ordered from HisRoom, and the products were not in stock. After two months, and the status still being "not in stock" on my order, I asked to change the address or get a refund due to my moving. By the time they responded several days later, they had the items in the warehouse by they had not shipped, yet they refused to change address or refund, and told me to reroute with the carrier. Their carrier would not reroute without the SHIPPER requesting a reroute. Now I don't have the items or my money. They scammed me.

Its my ideal shop to shop undergarments and activewear. Always get shipped on time with no extra charges. Clothes are comfortable to wear with no problem the in size.

Wanted to surf the internet to see some jackets and found His Room with more item perfect for my shape, ha ha! The site was quite nice and easy to find all the items, mu jacket was shipped quickly at a time. Thanks!

I am very happy with the purchase i did here. Got a pair of jeans and shorts for discounted price. One arrived i tried them on, they are all very comfortable and cozy.

HisRoom's return process is horrible. I placed an order(*******) and received the merchandise. It was too big. I went to their website to process the return. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but was unable to do so. I got the RMA label and sent it back. They resent (order *******) me exactly the same merchandise. I called them. They said that it was too bad that I wasn't able to use their system but I still had to pay for the return. They also said they would not issue an RMA label to facilitate the return and that I would have to send it back myself. I asked where to send it. They said to the same address it came from. Not very helpful. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told "there isn't one available on this floor". This company is not very customer friendly and makes it virtually impossible to process returns. STAY AWAY FROM HISROOM.
