I MADE AN ORDER, TWO MONTHS PASSED AND IT HASN'T ARRIVED, TALKING TO HOBBYKING, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ORDER CANNOT BE LOOKED BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING AND THE ORDER IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVED, I LOSE MONEY.
THEY SAID IT WAS GETTING IN 10 WORKING DAYS.
HOW CAN A PACKAGE BE LOST IN 2020, I MAY BE ABLE TO RECEIVE A SHEET CONFIRMING THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN SENT.

25 day shipping delay and refused to reimbursed for cancelled order they sent. So, I ordered a couple of batteries on hobby king. I paid for 5-7 day shipping. A week after I ordered them, the order was still processing and customer support said they were behind to wait a couple more days. After ten days of the order still processing, I decided to cancel the order since I needed batteries for my skateboard. I cancelled the order and eight days later I got an alert that the order had been shipped. I messaged customer support and they said that for some reason they couldn't cancel the order. They said to just send the order back to get reimbursed. The box came completely beat up but I didn't even open it. I confirmed twice that I would be reimbursed for return shipping since it was their mistake for sending a cancelled order. However, once I confirmed that I had mailed the order back, they refused to reimburse me the $18 that I paid to send back the order they shouldn't have sent in the first place. Bottom line- the order took almost a month to be delivered, they incorrectly sent me a cancelled order and made me pay for it. They are certainly not telling the truth about no hassle returns, it's a mess

Tried to purchase from them, the product is in stock but only in Hong Kong. They won't ship it. And I had to sign up to get this service.

I placed an order and it and it was shipped quickly. The package was lost by FEDEX and they investigated the matter and determined they didn't know where it was. This company has no phone # for US customers that I can find. I did the chat and told them what is going on, and I gave the FEDEX claim#. 5 days later I check what is going on with the matter. I was told they are investigating it and it usually takes 7 Business days. WTF is there to investigate? FEDEX tells me to talk to the shipper and for them to file a claim for lost package. Hobbyking is giving me the run-a-round... NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Don't waste your money buying any of their rc cars or planes, they will make something for a short period then discontinue it and not make parts available then your stuck with a useless product!

Ordered and paid for a FrSky X7S in promotion (GLOBAL warehouse) on 13/09/2019 (order *******) with expected arrival date at the end of November. After 5 months and various requests they tell me that they don't know if and when it will arrive. They have the same radio available in their EU and UK warehouses but don't ship.
They put a 50% promotion item, they took the money to do their interests and when the person who ordered it gets tired of waiting they return the money. Money that in the meantime they used to do their business.
It is a scam.

Don't be fooled by the prices. There are several reasons for the bad review. First the customer service is a JOKE. I ordered 3 things and the ESC and Motor i ordered for my boat were both garbage. The programming card for the ESC was the 3rd item and I couldn't even test it because the esc was burned out when I opened the package. These fools needed me to send a video of my motor on fire in my boat as proof. I reluctantly plugged everything in and took a video of their shi*ty product. STAY AWAY from Hobbyking.
Ordered two items at the same time only to find out AFTER I paid that one item shipped from US, arrived in 4 days, other item shipped from CHINA, 21 days and STILL NO ITEM! Can't use one without the other too, so basically ESC I purchased is useless!
WORTHLESS COMPANY! Never buy there again, has been waiting for a receiver for 3 weeks, still nothing, customer service says that I will have lost my money.
At Aliexpress is often free shipping, much faster and much cheaper and track and trace. NEVER more Hobbyking for me!
Terrible shopping experience, shipping more expensive that actual item, i cancelled 3 minutes after shopping and they never answered my email for cancellation request, they lost a good consumer and i am sure many others, there are better opinion in the market.

If I could give no stars i would. This company is the single most incompetent entity I have ever had the misfortune of coming across.
They lost my package and have I ignored all my contact. The only help I got was, go to the courier and sort the matter yourself. I spent 6 days trying to resolve it with parcelforce and finally got the proof I needed that the courier lost my package.
I sent this to them and they just ignored it and said they were waiting for another method from me which I never got asked for. It's just one excuse after another. No one will speak to me. Even though I have asked on multiple occasions. It have left me with no choice but to contact my solicitor on Monday morning to have this resolved as i have now run out of time to purchase again for my sons main Xmas present. They have officially ruined his christmas. I feel my rights have been violated.
I am disgusted at this level of disregard and level of customer service (none). I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase anything from these clowns.
Unless it was within the UK. This package was from Europe so be very careful how you order as it's easy to get it wrong and be misled.

You have to pay for shipments that you did not received. The shipment was returned without letting me know there was a parcel to pick up
Never again! A few months ago I placed an order with HobbyKing (AUS warehouse) to the value of AUD 189.00 with the belief that orders over $50 were with free shipping. After completing the order I realised I had been billed for shipping charges. I contacted them immediately via their Live Chat and they suggested I cancel the order and after they processed my payment, a store credit would be issued so that I could reorder (with the free shipping). I was informed that the store credit would take up to 24 hours to be issued. After waiting 30+ hours and no store credit in sight I again contacted them on Live Chat - to be told it might take another 24 hours. After waiting another day I checked again and was told that it could take another 24 hours so I raised a dispute through PayPal.
About 2 weeks after my aborted order and no refund or store credit yet received I contacted HobbyKing to find out what was happening. I was told, politely, that as I had raised a PayPal dispute they would not process my refund until I closed it (as resolved)! I consider that practice to be unsatisfactory as how can any dispute be regarded as resolved until both parties agree that it is. I had concerns that once I closed the dispute HobbyKing would be under no pressure to return my money. I have since heard of at least 1 other HK customer in my situation having difficulties in getting their refund. I had been a relatively happy HK customer for 3 years and had few problems with them but no more.
An important point I discovered during this dispute (for anyone not aware of this) - After initiating a PayPal dispute you have something like 14 days to have it resolved or upgrade it to a claim or it will automatically be closed. Once the claim is closed it cannot be reopened which can leave you at the mercy of the merchant.
I have a online store and always shopping in HobbyKing, and never they disappoint me. Just than you have to be patient. They have RC equipment than in any other store, you can not find. So, I will giving 5 stars wherever HobbyKing is
I placed an order for a RC plane/boat stand that was shown as in stock, but it seems they didn't have one in stock after all, and they didn't have the courtesy to get back to me to let me know this.
Only after participating in their awful 'online chat' did they agree to cancel the order, and even then had the cheek to say they might never get the stand back in stock, so does this mean they would just have kept my money and ignored me?
Now seven days after the order was cancelled they still haven't refunded my $29!
In my opinion a company of their size that does not have a contact telephone number for customer issues must be somewhat dubious!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I really hope consumers read this forums before ordering from Hobby King. They are the worst in customer service and their "support" via chat is slower than molasses. I placed an order for 3 batteries on a Saturday, Come Monday I got on the chat trying to request a tracking number. They informed me my items were in stock but as the site states the orders will shop within 48hrs. Not including weekends. So I waited until wednesday (about 72hrs later) and got back on the chat. Again, they told me my order was gonna ship today! Woo-hoo! Wrong. By Friday I was furious and I ended up cancelling my order, again via chat. Because there is no phone number available. So today, 5 days after the refund was requested and NOTED on my account there is no refund. Do yourself a favor and go to other sites, there are plenty!
Bad order management and customer service! Order made on 12/03/2018 with all the items ready for delivery, to date the 19/03/2018 still being processed, therefore not shipped. Customer service with voting phrases and does not help at all. On their faq specify that they ship within 48H but as obvious they do not respect the terms. In addition they do not proceed with the refund because they say that the order is "printed"! Bad site, I advise everyone to think twice before making purchases!

Answer: It all depends on the Bank that you. Plus check on why it took the refund. In fact, the refund is quick from an average of 3-4 days. Actually just given extra time for both the seller and the Bank. And accordingly, if the seller has constant operations on a refund, this has a negative impact on the company's rating for the Bank. Especially if there are disputes between buyer and seller. From my experience, the returns are realized in several ways: 1. On credit card 2. On account on the HobbyKing website. 3. Or product if not reached or was spoiled. Damaged goods was a couple of times, and some of the delivery services. Overall, the problems with the refund arose. Sorry for bad English.

Answer: In all honesty, I think it only means they got your money. That's all they seem to care about. I've been going round and round with them saying my order is complete when in fact they still owe me about 70% of the total order. They refuse to split the order and I'm tired of arguing with them. From some of the other reviews, it sounds like it's their method to start the clock early on the return policy. Regardless of whether you have actually received the item or not, the return policy starts when they say the order is complete.

Answer: Hi Peter. Unfortunately I don't have the FlyBaby any more to check the battery bay I can however tell you I used ZIPPY Flightmax 3000mAh 4S1P 20C@ 139x46x25mm. A larger battery will fit but IMHO you will probably be better off with a 2200 to keep it as light as possible. Al
