It's easy to use Homelight. They connect you with buyers and sellers. Real Estate is a numbers game so it's up to the agent to do the follow-up to get the business. I've never had an issue but anytime I have called customer support or emailed them for assistance they have been quick to respond and to help me resolve whatever the issue was.

She was our local contact and we also dealt with Homelight associates via phone and email. The real estate agent came to assess our home and advise on pricing. She was our go to person. We did not have to clean, stage, repair or change anything. We did not have keep the home spotless & clear out (humans & pets) to do showings. And we sold our home quickly in the timeline we needed. They don't know anything about real estate business. Top management is corrupted.
NEVER use this company.I have multiple proofs of their corruption. I will need 10 pages of this review to fill. Few to mention, while they have an active contract with me (the first buyer) they listed the house on sale and got an accepted offer from a 2nd buyer, without cancelling my contract. They use their own teams to produce fake inspection reports (conflict of interest). This house referred in pics has a major issue in the roof, and appraisal was contingent to the repairs of the roof. Per the pics attached the listing agent listed the house on the market while the contract with me was still active, misleading a second buyer with their untruthful descriptions. If you need more details, feel free to contact me. This company should not be in business.
