Still waiting for a shipment of broken parts for a month now.
A response is always responded to my inquiry, but no updated info. Only apologizes, which of course are nice, but I still can not install my sky lite shades.
We found PartSelect online and ordered the freezer shelves we needed - and they were a cinch to find, priced on target and delivered as promised.
Looked to eReplacementParts.com for relatively small parts for a few of my older tools that had missing/broken parts. They came through in all but one item - a small part for a 25 yr old compressor powered staple gun, so I had to resort to an aftermarket part on ebay. I will continue to look first at eReplacementParts first for any future needs.
