Received 3 contacts thus far: one property was unable to locate & listing agent not active, the other buyer had no credit, the 3rd one from Germany inquired about a propety under contract and unable to come to USA til next spring. Will stay on top of these but not very hopeful so far.

Quality customer service when signing up for tge Lead Generation but the actual leads generated are not quality leads, or the person(s) did not want to be contacted. They wanted to know how I got their number.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
