Nice, but also need to be improved. Must IP address could not use in China, I tried 8 times to find an IP address, which can be connect in China. That was a terrible experience.

The panel provided by Hostwinds is great, however, the limitations of Weebly is quite constraining for my type of concept. Also, I would not suggest to try and pay with card more than 3 times as they flag you for fraud, even though I have outlined that the card did not work so I used PayPal instead. Nevertheless, I have to now go and print out a form and sign in to prove it was not fraud which is bothersome.

I'm purchased basic plan and I saw features it's great.

It was a relatively painless experience, with no technical issues.

The only reason for 4 stars is the company's lack of phone or live chat support with technical services. This is the only company whom I researched that does not offer this as part of their higher-end offering.

The window works but at some point it's fails to work proper as it's should be. Connections are not quite okay

The charges need to be reduced, your price on site says different from what we are paying for product.

The engineer was very patient to answer my question. Although it was caused by my own operation, I located the problem faster thanks to the help of the engineer. In addition, for a novice like me, the docs of cloud server are not very clear. I hope there can be more introduction to the page operation process on the docs

Support team are easy going and are able to answer all the queries clearly.

The product naming is confusing. I bought the Reseller Web Hosting product because the website explained Reseller White Label was different, but after I logged in my package was called White Label. I thought i bought the wrong thing but the customer service person told me they are the same thing. I'm still not sure the difference. Also, after installing WP and bought a domain from Hostwinds, my site did not load. Since everything originated from Hostwinds, it should have just worked. I had to issue a support ticket. The next morning the problem was resolved and I'm liking everything else so far.
