If I could give a zero I would. The company kept processing my card then saying there was an AVH mismatch on my address I called Visa, Master card and Capital one to see why the address would not match what they had recorded only to find out the purchases all went through as confirmed by my credit cards. I called Hot Miami back for them to say they cannot contact their merchant center as they have no number to do so or means to contact them to see what the technical issue is. Then I had to wait over 6 business days for those transactions to fall off my cards. They kept saying my address must be wrong or the Credit card companies must have wrote it wrong then I contacted the CC companies again to ensure the address was recorded the right way which it was. Hot miami did not assume any responsibility I endless hours on the phone with my CC and days waiting for these charges to drop. Hot Miamis supervisors knew and did nothing and did not even call to address the issue. I am very disappointed with their service, and use to order large amounts but will never place an order with them after this. They do not care about client retention at all.

I have been a customer for almost 9 years. I placed a large order - $400. All of the items were horrendous - horrible quality, the belts on the swimsuits don't stay clasped, the material felt and looked cheap af, I returned everything because nothing worked and nothing was worth keeping.

I get an email today that says the return cannot be processed because I've returned too many items. So I called them thinking this must be some sort of mistake so they tell me their policy allows them to deny returns at any time for any reason.

So I asked them to define "too many returns." WHICH THEY COULDN'T EVEN ANSWER. Does this magical number of apply to everyone? What determines too many returns? They literally had no answers for me. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. These days there are far too many boutiques online and what sets you apart is your customer service and return policy - both of which are absolute trash here. I cannot imagine this company staying around much longer.

Severely disappointing.

I was a hot miami styles customer for years! They used to be great, I don't know if they changed management or who make their clothing's but the company now is a joke! During Christmas I placed 3 orders through them and had a problem with every single one of them. The thread that they are using is not strong and the quality gets worse and worse. I returned a jumpsuit and they claimed they had refunded me and after arguing and arguing and showing proof I finally got an exchange for the same jumpsuit. I had been a loyal customer for years and I understand the law of probability so I thought that ordering so many items increased my chances of getting a defective one, therefore I gave them another chance. Last drop that filled the cup... I bought a pair of pants that I had been after and were always sold out in black. Got them, tried them on and noticed a hole, kept looking and found a total of 14 holes. Called the company several times and after getting their run around "no manager on duty", "the manager will call you al back but never does", I decided to email them and they sent me an email back saying that all items are inspected before shipping and the items were not in the condition they were ship. When I took a video as soon as I received them and they have tracking information. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and say they sent them in good condition... then the quality is horrible if they are going to break as you try them on and as a customer I am entitled to a refund. They referred me to Fed Ex and of course fed ex didn't do anything about it because they don't pack the items. Since I was having so many problems with them I reached out to PayPal for a dispute, they never answered the messages but decided to close my account with them. What a joke of a company is that!

I spent $30.00 on shipping bc I needed my items for an event, the items looked nothing like what was pictures. On the website they doctor the photos BIG TIME and the models they use are heavily photoshopped with a lot of plastic surgery that do not reflect the regular womans body. I will never order from here again, they were not willing to work with me at all, it just seems like a huge scam. I feel like they go places and find these clothes at discount store but try to make it seem high end, don't waste your money - Buyer beware.

This is not the first time I've had a problem with this place, I should have known better than to give it another shot.

I Placed an order for over $800 and paid a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING (over $100), simply because I was going on vacation and i needed the clothing ASAP! It's not been 3 DAYS, and they keep saying because it's a "large order" their security team needed pics of my license and card... sent it in, STILL HAVENT SHIPPED OUT MY ORDER! They're robbing people on shipping and cannot deliver and follow through! I leave TOMORROW and have to somehow buy a weeks worth of summer clothes in Wisconsin (not happening)... thank you miami styles for messing up my vacation! You lost a good customer! NEVER AGAIN!

Let me start by saying that they charged the credit card three times. This company and everyone working behind the phone are very unprofessional. I bought $560 dollars worth of merchandise, paid $66 dollars for express shipping (clearly says 1-2 business day) and my order has taken 4 days so far, I have not received the items, no email confirmation was ever sent, I had to chase them to have updates of my order, like nobody is doing their job. They do not have a manager available to supervise the huge mess that they have going on. They notified me the day after the order was being reviewed because the shipping address and billing address was not the same. So I had to submit pictures of ID and credit card and hunt down the manager to make sure it was going to be processed right away to comply with the promised date of arrival. Jasmine who is someone working there had no clue of what was going on, was not able to provide the supervisor s name, no one there following up, I mean a big joke. No customer service oriented, I will never buy from them again. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. Stay away. There are many more online stores with nice clothes that actually send your order in time and don't have this pathetic personnel assisting you. I ordered 3 items for $260 two months ago! I waited 30 days as mentioned on the website but still didn't recieve my package. I then called and emailed to find out what's going on. Some rude lady said they will place a tracer to locate my package and that it will take another 30 days for them to trace it. 30 days have passed and I still haven't received info of the whereabouts of my package!
After resting the reviews and the lack of communication from The company it seems like I will not be getting my clothes nor my money back!
I have started my mission of legally exposing this company!

I'm giving them this review because there was an issue with my address when I made the purchase and a really sweet lady called me this morning to ask for the correct address so they can ship my order and have it by this week. I thought it was VERY nice of them to take the time and do this because no other online company takes the time to reach out by phone. Majority of other companies reach out by email and they usually take longer to make any corrections to your order when issues like this happen. I am very pleased with how personable this customer service was and their willingness to correct my order. I will continue shopping on Hot Miami Styles.

Do NOT PURCHASE with this clothing company! They are a SCAM! I made a purchase with them a month ago for a trip that I was taking. I put in all my info. Few days later, i received an email saying: the purchase wasn't processed". The REASON? Shipping address is not the same as Billing address. So I called and I asked to ship it to the billing address since they was an issue for them. With the limited time I had (time approaching to my overseas trip), they asked me to pay extra for Expedited if I need it to arrive on time- to the billing address I have. Never received the items I purchased, over 200$! When I called, they said that they shipped it to the « initial address » (which all this headache was the reason they held my purchase until I gave them the authorization to send it to the billing address). And that I should be the ONE following up with the post office of where the package is (everybody knows the headache of dealing with the post office).
Point, they never took responsibility of their agent mistake sending it to the wrong address and would not even want to respond to the customer.

Worst online purchase experience ever!

I bought a pair of pants for 80.00 I paid express shipping as well as soon as I got them I called them they had a rip on the side. I took and sent them pics and called. They said they would give me ten dollars to go have them fixed it ended up costing me 40.00 and a headache to get them fixed! I called back to say I either wanted the full 40.00 I spent fixing them or Im shipping them back and she said Im stuck with them! The pants hVe the tags and everything on them I contacted them as soon as I received them! 80.00 turned into 120.00 got damaged cheap pants! Be careful!
